James was very quick to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. It's only 5 minutes from Watkins Glen village which is great. The A/C is 2 window units, one in the kitchen and the back bedroom but with the open design the house was cool. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

I would leave zero stars if I could. We booked through VRBO and the host claims to not have gotten the info. He lead us to believe it was ok and he would still get the place ready for us within 2 hrs (as half of our party had already arrived in the area). After a 4hr ride, we arrive to find he is cancelling our reservation and now he says he supposedly double booked. Either way he lied to us when he said he was getting it ready. This left our family of 6 and 2 pets four hours from home with no where to stay.

This place was exactly what we needed. It had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a nice fenced in yard for our dogs that came with us. We planned on visiting the wineries nearby and it was such a short drive to all of them. It was just a couple of minutes to a fabulous breakfast spot downtown (Blackberry Inn Kitchen). We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Seneca Lake.
