Tina's Lake House | Your Summer Getaway to the Heart of the Finger Lakes

Treat yourself to a lakeside escape when you stay at Tina’s Lake House. Located on the West-Side of Seneca Lake, this 4-bedroom home provides lake views from every room, private lake access, and plenty of personal parking. Step out your door and begin the morning with swimming, fishing, or sunbathing all available for your convenience. (Pets are welcome at Tina’s Lake House.)

Enjoy your days basking in the sun on one of our two docks or relaxing underneath one of the two covered-porches. Want to check-out the local attractions? You’ll find dozens of wineries, waterfalls, and trails within a 5 to 20-minute drive. The closest hiking creek is just up the drive and the nearest winery is only a couple minutes further up the road! Tina’s Lake House is located on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail just 20-minutes from Watkins Glen (wineries, lakeside marina, state park, restaurants), 20-minutes from Penn Yan (wineries, Keuka Lake parks, Mennonite & Amish shops, restaurants), and 35-minutes from the Del Largo Casino.

The Space
Drive-up to your lakeside escape and park right outside your front door. First floor includes a spacious living area furnished with living room seating and a tv, a large and well-equipped kitchen (includes a built-in desk and work station), a full bathroom (standing shower) and laundry area, and a bedroom with a double bed and tv. Second floor includes a bedroom with a double bed and tv, a bedroom with two twin beds and tv, the master bedroom with a king bed and tv, and balcony access from the hallway.

Outside, enjoy a gorgeous front lawn (150 feet of lakeside lawn), a private swim area, two docks, a boat lift (for boats up to 21 feet; no pontoon boats), two covered porches, a traditional firepit and a propane firepit (on covered porch), picnic tables, a grill, and lawn chairs.

Complimentary Amenities
We provide the following amenities for your convenience and comfort at no additional cost: a fridge stocked with water bottles, a Keurig machine with unlimited coffee pods, a washer and dryer, basic bathroom amenities (toilet paper, soaps, etc.), paper products (for days when “dishes” are not on the vacation agenda), linens and bedding, towels, high-speed wi-fi, air conditioning, and more! Guest access
At your 4pm arrival, the house will be unlocked and ready for you. The house is located at the end of a private drive and has room for several vehicles in the parking lot. If you are coming with boat trailer or car trailer, please call in advance and we will assist you with parking your trailer at our nearby property (the lakeside road will not accommodate a trailer.) Note: Do not drive down POPULAR PT RD. YOUR GPS is going to tell you to go down POPULAR PT RD. IT WILL NOT GET YOU TO THE HOUSE. Take Squaw Point Rd. to arrive at the house.
