Nice house, spacious, central location

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room inside and out. Fire pit, back porch and living area are big. But one bathroom is super small and the living room has a very musty smell, probably from the carpets and upholstery. Overall, place was very clean and good for a few days.

Perfectly Comfortable

The property is in a beautiful and private location with plenty of space to relax and enjoy being outdoors.The house was very clean with comfortable beds and many amenities. I liked that the kitchen cabinets were marked so that you could easily find dishes, etc. Trevor immediately responded to any requests and helped us feel comfortable with having our Black Lab there. We loved the welcome basket which was a very nice touch! We definitely recommend staying here.

Owner Very Accommodating!

The property was very clean and comfortable! So happy the owner had the entire house covered with a/c during our stay in late August. Our family enjoyed stargazing next to the awesome firepit with wood provided by the owner. The home was perfect for our family's get a way weekend ...extra special welcome basket was so thoughtful!! Would highly recommend Country Seclusion for its convenience to both Seneca and Keuka Lake's wine trails and peaceful setting after a fun filled day!

Property owner is fantastic, very helpful with any questions and gave great recommendations for the area. Property is older but was very clean. AC units only in the bedrooms which was fine for us and it was very hot the week of our stay, someone that likes it very cool may complain about other areas of the home. Great location for a quiet, private stay yet still had easy access to all of our favorite must visit wineries. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful home in Watkins Glen

We had a wonderful time in Trevor's home. He was so easy to communicate with. His house was clean, convenient to all our destinations, easily accommodated 6 adults and the fire pit was great!!! We had a fire with stargazing and s'mores every night!!! Trevor surprised us with delicious cinnamon buns too!!! I would highly recommend this house!!!

Beautiful place

We stayed for our Greyhound event this past weekend. It was a perfect place for us and we enjoyed it so much! The house was perfectly clean and well equipped.

Great place a little outside of town

We had a great time here. Trevor was really helpful up front and provided a lot of information about the area and we could plan a lot of activities ahead of time. We arrived late on a Friday and everything was really well prepared. The house was very clean and welcoming. It is well equipped and had everything we needed for an extended weekend. It’s spacious and comfy and our kids felt right at home. We had quite a bit of snow and had brought sleds along. The front yard was perfect for sledding! There was a snow storm on our intended departure date and Trevor let us extend our stay for as long as we wanted for a very fair rate. All in all this is a really great place and we would love to return!

Wonderful experience

We rented the property for two families for a fall trip in the finger lakes region. From the very beginning had a great communication with the owners and never felt worried about the house or the booking. The house is very convenient located - less than 10 min drive from the downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very well maintained, nicely decorated and has ample space. Everything was clean and ready. The owners really made us feel like being at home. Great experience overall!

Visit to the Finger Lakes

Traveled with my husband and friends. The house was perfect for us and Trevor was awesome!! He was very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed the firepit at night as well. Great place! I would highly recommend it and we would definitely stay there again.

This property is quiet, near the woods. Yet, close to town and the amenities. You can access roads to attractions, such as the Watkins Glen International Race Track without going through the traffic of town. Pets are welcome.

Large peaceful yard with outdoor seating, fire pit, large deck. Two bay garage is available if you are bringing/driving a vintage car for an event. Owners are near by, and attentive.
