Come and enjoy a fun-filled family vacation at this spacious beach house nestled in a state park! Just a stone’s throw away from the beach, Daytona 500, The Tanger Outlets, and a wide array of restaurants, this newly renovated gem offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
With its vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and central air conditioning, the house boasts a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Unwind in the screened-in patio, complete with a TV, darts, a swing, and a BBQ grill, perfect for evenings under the stars. The front deck features seating and a cozy fire pit, while the fenced-in backyard is a paradise for the kids and furry friends. Don’t forget to check out the garage where you will find the washer and dryer for added convenience. You also welcome to park your motorcycle there as well.
We have a comfortable King bed, a queen bed, and a triple bunk bed to suit all preferences. The living room has a sofa that also turns into a queen bed. Located in the the closet is a queen and a twin inflatable bed.
Located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with ample parking, this house is the ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. And if you’re looking for an extra adventure, we can arrange for a kayak for you to explore the nearby waterways.

Our home is located in a safe, and quiet family neighborhood. It is 5 minutes from Daytona 500, and Daytona Airport and shopping and restaurants. The beach and the Pier are a 10 minute drive.
We live in the neighborhood and we have found that there's no better neighborhood to live in and we don't have any intentions of leaving. The neighbors are all friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and crime free and everybody is just very personable.

The house is renovated with a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are vaulted ceilings in living room with huge tv and dining/kitchen. The front deck has seating and fire pit. There is a large screened in patio with tv, bbq and sofa set with a table. There is also a dart board. The backyard is fenced in with a swing which is great for children, pets or you to get outside and look at the forrest behind you. There’s central air conditioning and heat throughout the house. Washer and Dryer located in the garage with a laundry sink.
The house is decorated with a beach and teal color theme. So far all of the guests that have stayed at this house have left raving reviews and already we have a large percentage or repeat guests to this exact home.
We are so centrally located to everything. you just can't beat the location.
