Lakefront romantique Unité de deux chambres W / accès à la piscine chauffée et plus

Il s'agit d'un spacieux studio de deux chambres meublé d'un lit king-size et d'un canapé-lit queen-size en bas et d'un lit queen-size pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La salle de bain en bas est équipée d'un combo baignoire / douche. Alors que l'étage offre une douche avec vue sur le ciel. L'unité est équipée d'un téléviseur à écran plat de 40 "avec programmation HD. La cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz avec 4 brûleurs, d'un réfrigérateur et d'un four micro-ondes parmi d'autres petits appareils de cuisine. juste à l'extérieur de votre unité, il y a un patio très privé muni d'une table et de six chaises pour vous asseoir et éventuellement prendre un café un matin frais avant de vous rendre sur les plages.

Le complexe offre une piscine idéale pour se rafraîchir au chaud de l'été mais aussi chauffée pendant les mois d'hiver pour un plaisir tout au long de l'année. Il existe plusieurs grilles dans la zone de grillage de la propriété juste à côté de la rive de Herron Lagoon. Beaucoup de chaises longues et sièges autour de la piscine et une grande zone de pont pour se baigner au bord du lac.

La propriété est située à moins de 10 minutes de la suivante. Moins de 1 mille de la plage la plus proche, soit Turtle Beach, à 1 km des restaurants et magasins les plus proches, à 3 miles de la principale plage publique de Siesta Key et à 4 miles de Siesta Key Village. L'île offre de nombreuses options de services gratuits de conduite (conseils seulement) pour vous emmener dans l'île.

The lodgings were clean and bright and just what my husband and I needed to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped for me...and the wifi and TVs were perfect for my husband. There were also many very nice touches-such as bedside USB ports, a sky-light shower, a cooler and beach chairs to enjoy. But the best part was the outdoor space which includes: a balcony AND patio, a lovely pool, a deck overlooking the lagoon and use of bikes/kayaks. We hope to be back soon!

Nice quiet location on Siesta Key during a very very busy spring break period. However it was a short drive/bike ride to get back into the mix of things. Property was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items.

Amazing stay!

We stayed in building 6 which had amazing space and private entrence. The bikes allowed us to ride to the beach every morning. Would recommend.

Fantastic spot

This rental was truly everything we wanted and so much more. It was in a quiet part of Siesta Key, while still being close enough to the beaches and downtown area.

Lagoon Comfort

Condo 6 was beautifully located on Heron Lagoon, surrounded by beautiful greenery and just a short walk from Turtle Beach. The condo was clean, well equipped and a great place to remote work. We enjoyed the stay and it was so hard to say good bye.

Cute little sport for family

We brought two kiddos and my husband and I. Plenty of room but needs a maintenance person to clean pool. Pool had a lot of dead leaves other then that it was a good stay

Comfy pool house on the lake

We had a great time here. Check in was easy and there was a neat computer/tablet on the wall for property and local info. The house was well appointed with an open floor plan. We only used the bed on the ground floor and it was nice and plush. The upstairs balcony has a nice view of Heron Lagoon, and the same can be said of the communal front deck. If you’re super tall, the ceilings are low, but this didn’t affect our short selves. We liked it there and would come back.

Wow. Their child decided to empty a bucket of sand down the pool deck drain, which we have video footage of, when our regular afternoon thunderstorm rolled around, there was no where for the rain water to go and about 1.5 gallons of water went in through the front door. We immediately went out to the property, wet vac’ed it up, placed a fan and dehumidifier in the unit and by the time this guest packed up to leave everything was bone dry. When confronted with the video, they said this was unacceptable and left, They still received A FULL REFUND as I re-rented to someone else same day. They “Spoiled” their own vacation.

Surprise!

Overall we were happy with our accommodations but just a few small changes would make it better. It's called a two bedroom but the second "bedroom" is the living/kitchen. We all missed that in the listing. There were no potholders and the small step leading to the porch on the first floor is a bit of a danger. It need bright paint and tape to warn people. The porch door is broken and hedges need a better trimming. Our electronic host never worked. We called and reported it and were told a tech person was coming but no one showed up. So we missed a lot of information I presume. Also the pool filter didn't work. But great view and nice people renting with us and at the office when I called.

Gorgeous area

It was a beautiful place, very relaxing. Everything stated in the contract was available for use. People around were very nice. The only thing that may have changed our plans a bit was the red tide, however it was still really great. I was also impressed with how clean the house was.

Wonderful Siesta Getaway

Siesta Key is our faborite place to be! Our stay this time was no different. We loved the complex and our unit #6 was great! Had a private outside area to relax and watch & listen to the fish jumping in the water, (wish we had fishing poles), beautiful view of the lagoon from the top deck and friendly neighbors. Free Canoe, kayaks, stand up boards and bicycles were available for us to use as well. We really enjoyed out time relaxing in Siesta Key and would most definitely stay here again next year!!

Excellent escape

Great location just a quick ride to beaches. Enjoyed using the bikes and kayaking! Tranquility of the lake prefect escape. Never got to use the trolley but many people do.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property had several things to enjoy for our family. We loved the location. It wasn’t too far from the beach but our boys could still enjoy fishing and the other extras the place had to offer. The pool was nice, although small, it was rare that there was anyone other than our family in it so it worked well. The unit was clean overall. There was a nice grill area set up. I would recommend some hot pads for the kitchen area, we cooked in several days and this made it a little difficult. We had one small issue with the shower head and they came right in the next day and fixed it for us. Very prompt. We would stay again and definitely recommended to others.
