Stille Wasser, Quiet, secluded spot on Saco River with Dock (Boat lift option)

I found this review to be a little surprising, although the fact that there was some minor damage that I brought to her attention and a damage claim filed could have had an impact. 1) The ants - She brought this to my attention with this message "Hi! There are a bunch of black ants in the house (not a big deal at all) we’re just wondering if you have any traps here. We’ll grab some if not." I responded that it had been a wet summer to date, and that I had treated for them and they should disappear shortly. Her Response: "They do seem to be dying also, just a heads up that your dryer gets hot but doesn’t dry. We’re hanging our stuff outside but you might want to get the vent checked to prevent a fire" The dryer is a condensing dryer, and does take a little longer than conventional dryers. I also let he know that there are better settings to have the dryer work better. I did not get a response. Until I let her know that my cleaner had found a couple of small damages. Which she denied. Thus the negative review.
