Take advantage of all the amenities that this amazing Bridgewater condo located at Litchfield By the Sea Resort offers. This ocean front condo is fully furnished and equipped with all necessities included. The main bedroom has two beds, and the main living area offers two additional double beds as needed - a murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Breathtaking views of the ocean, garden and pool make the balcony a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. Add all the other wonderful features like easy access to the lazy river at the large outdoor pool and indoor pool for cooler days, and it's perfect for both summer and winter.

Guests will have access to the entire condo. All resort guests have access to the designated Bridgewater Pool and lazy River as well as the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza in the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Open from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. The play pool plaza features a mini waterpark with rotating buckets, silly submarine, mushroom and lazy river. Cabanas with 2 lounge chairs, fan and television are available to rent for full or half days. Indoor Pool is located inside of the Health Club along with a hot tub. Open 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Places to eat with in Litchfield by the Sea Include: Coastal Dish which offers a daily breakfast buffet, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill with happy hour, specialty drinks and small plates, Coastal Scoops Ice Cream Shoppe and an onsite Starbucks.

Also available is a Health and Wellness Center, Bike Rentals and seasonal Beach Chair Rentals. Getting Around: Within the gated community all resort amenities and beach are within short walking distance. A quick 5-10-minute drive outside the gate you will find plenty of local restaurants and shops.

Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. We ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Check-in instructions:
A gate pass will be waiting under your name. You will check in at 57 Retreat Beach Circle, Pawleys Island, SC 29585. You will be able to use that gate pass to enter any gate. You will be provided a code for the key code door lock for self check-in.

There is a large parking lot outside the condo building as well as a garage underneath the complex.

Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED.
