Cottage at Newfound Lake - Sleeps 8, Boat Launch, Beach Access, and more!!

Your relaxing getaway anytime of the year awaits at our newly rebuilt cottage! We are located across the street from Newfound Lake at the end of a private association dead-end road. Our property has access to a shared association private beach and shared boat launch ramp on the lake for day use. (Note, no mooring or docking).

For the warmer months, we are conveniently located for enjoying the Lakes Region, hiking at Franconia Notch, or enjoying the summer music series in Plymouth! In the colder months, you can enjoy leaf peeping season, nearby skiing mountains, ice fishing opportunities, and more!

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. The cottage has all modern conveniences and is fully winterized--AC, heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and more. There is a spacious screen porch to relax on during cool nights and an enormous deck, furnished with ample seating, to enjoy as well.

Please note that to enter the house, guests will need to climb a short flight of stairs and only one bedroom is located on the main floor.

The rental felt very new and clean. The common areas were open and well lit which was perfect for our group to hang out and play games. The number of beds and bathrooms were very convenient for our group.Communication with the owner was phenomenal and helpful. The house supplies were well stocked and great for our cooking.

Had a great stay at this Newfound lake cottage
 It’s a brand new home with great amenities, quiet woodland setting.I was here for the muzzleloading hunting season, and definitely will use it next year.It has beach access, which would be great to use in the summer, as well as sunsets across the lake.

The house is brand new, spotless, and awesome. It is well stocked and all of the home and kitchen items are new as well. The screened-in porch was perfect for hanging out and the view of the stars from the deck was spectacular. It is a perfect combo of being in the woods and at the lake at the same time. The short walk to the small beach is easy. The lake is crystal clear and amazing for swimming and boating.

Six of us stayed for a fall weekend getaway and the house was perfect for us! The house was immaculate and the kitchen was well-outfitted with cookware, utensils, etc. Much of our time was spent around the large dining table, but the living area was cozy and comfortable, especially with the gas fireplace. Beds were comfortable, with thoughtful touches like usb outlets near the bedside to plug your charging cords into. Lovely views of the trees and autumn leaves from almost every window. The weather was a little chilly during our visit, but we still got to enjoy being outside on the large deck during the day. The walk down to the lake was easy and beautiful at sunset. Would definitely stay here again!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My grandparents purchased a rustic cottage in this location in 1970. Up a quiet dirt road that parallels Whiteemore Brook, surrounded by trees, and with access to a private beach on Newfound- many happy childhood memories were made here. The cottage, with modern comforts, and attention to the thoughtful details that make a great vacation home, was rebuilt from the ground up in 2024-2025!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Cottage has access to pristine Newfound Lake from its shared private association beach on Pasquaney Bay, but the homes location up Brook Road also offers the peace and quiet of the woods.

Newly rebuilt in 2025, at the Cottage you will enjoy modern conveniences like zoned AC and heat, wifi, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and beautiful baths, etc. We also have a whole house generator should mother nature get a bit out of hand!

But what really makes the Cottage special are the living spaces:

The beadboard paneled first floor, with huge windows looking out to the tree surrounded lot, welcomes you with that "cottage" feeling. Ceiling fans keep you cool. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. A table that seats 8 comfortably adjoins a lovely sage green kitchen with Bosch appliances.

The expansive deck with a western exposure accommodates diners at the outdoor table, or sunbathers in the adirondack chairs. Need to get out of the sun? Cool off in the spacious screened porch, complete with ceiling fan, and comfy wicker furniture.
