Lomailee Newfound Lake on mahtava! Vuodesta minuutti tulet et järkyttynyt komentava järvelle ja vuoristoon että runsaasti täällä omaisuutta.

Waterfront 3 taso kaupunkiasunto on hiljattain remontoitu upouusi keittiö graniittiset ja ruostumaton teräs laitteet, parketit, ja uudet matot. Astut kotiin sinut viedään pois kauniit näkymät newfound järvelle ja ympäröiville vuorille. Tärkein olohuone ominaisuuksia avoin käsite. Jättäen huoneessa oleskelu alueella, jossa taulutelevisio ja nahka lepotuoli sekä upeita, panoraamanäkymät järvelle. Itse asiassa on näköala järvelle kaikista huoneista. Ruokasali on iso ruokapöytä mahtuu 6. Keittiö on myös suuri niemimaa 4 bar ulosteet. Kaikki astiat ja ruoat ovat upouusia.

Nauti aamukahvia oma terassi ja juoda yöllä turvatarkastus sunroom. Heitä jotkut pihvit Weber grilli pieni patio edessä järvelle. Pelata tennistä, uida joko yksi kahdesta yksityisestä hiekkarannasta. Voit myös tuoda oman veneen kiinnitys on saatavilla lisämaksusta.

Relaxation on the lake

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The townhouse is spacious, very clean and you can not beat the views of the lake. We stayed with my parents and adult children and there was something for everyone to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Lakeside Perfection

This is my second stay at this property and it is perfection. The view and layout are amazing. The house is well stocked, great furniture and TVs everywhere so you can spread out. I highly recommend this property on Newfound Lake.

Wonderful Condo on the Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo on Newfound Lake! The condo is very nice, modern and so clean and so comfortable. The master bed was also sooo comfy! Every room has a lake view and what a beautiful view it was! The condo had everything we could possible need and the neighbors were very friendly! We hope to come back again someday! Amazing!

The home clearly shows the pride the homeowner takes in their home and guest experiences. We greatly loved the updated and modern necessities that many lake homes don’t always offer. The layout of the home is superb, especially for multi-generation families. Each room had their own air split, well spaced out bathrooms and TV’s. The mattresses and pillows were excellent! The homeowners clearly communicate about how to best care for their home and all the amenities left us feeling like we were living in luxury. We look forward to booking again and becoming regular customers for years to come.

Photos and description very accurate

We were very pleased that this condo was exactly how it was featured on the website! We have rented many properties through Homeaway over the past 8 years and this rental was one of the cleanest and updated property we have ever stayed in. The layout with master suite on top floor, living area and kitchen on main floor and 2 more bedrooms downstairs was the perfect set up for our family. The downstairs bathroom was the only room that has yet to be renovated. The house had everything we could need. We especially loved the view of the lake and the modern kitchen. The owners were very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly and my deposit was returned within the week. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental! Newfound Lake is beautiful and one of the cleanest lakes we have ever seen. The private small beach was nice. The tennis court can use an update but was very convenient to play at daily.

Perfect spot on a perfect lake

Newfound Lake is a pretty big lake with really clear, clean water. Because of the lake's size, you can see gorgeous views across the lake, including Big Sugarloaf Mountain and many other peaks fading into the blue sky. When the wind picks up, you can see some small whitecaps on the water, but the sandy beaches are well sheltered by a bend in the shoreline and a couple of jettys. The beaches have a mild slope, making them great for wading with kids, swimming, or building sand castles. We rented the paddle boards and tooled all around the area. The kids swam every day, even though air temperatures were in the 70s. I brought a half wetsuit so I could more comfortably join them. We had some fantastic side trips including a visit to the Newfound Audobon Center with a really great nature center and a few miles of trails near the water, a trip to Concord for the McAuliffe-Shepherd science center (with planetarium), and even a 1 hour 15 minute drive to the Mt Washington cog train - a really memorable treat! There are some great adult-paced hikes at the Hebron Town Forest (access to Bald Knob and Mt. Crosby with views of Newfound Lake), and at the entrance to Little and Big Sugarloaf (parking across from Wellington State Park) Everyone we saw around the rest of the condos was super friendly. The condo unit was up to date and in great condition and stocked with everything we needed: books for all ages, toys, games, TVs with streaming subscriptions, and a baker's kitchen.

Family Vacation 2023

Our stay was wonderful! We’ve spent the past 9 years staying in the Newfound Lake area for the week between Christmas and New Years skiing and visiting with friends that live in the area. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with bedding, linens and kitchen dishware and cooking equipment. The owners were responsive and easy to get in touch with when needed. We definitely recommend and hope to stay there again. The Jaquith Family.

Comfortable, convenient, and beautiful views of the lake

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo. There was nothing we needed. We had one issue come up, and Vasiliy was immediately responsive and helpful. The condo was spotless with plenty of towels and blankets, spices in the kitchen, and stunning views to enjoy from each floor. We spent the week hiking and found the location convenient to explore the Lakes region and the White Mountains. There were restaurants and groceries nearby, so we had privacy and a quiet spot on the lake, but amenities close at hand. It was a wonderful week!

Great stay / fabulous condo

This is a very well appointed condo with every detail thought of. There are extra towels, linens, beach towels, pillows, and many kitchen implements, glasses and plates. The bed upstairs is in very good condition and comfortable. We didn’t use the other bedrooms, but they look very nice. The lake is quiet and peaceful with two great beaches a 5 minute walk away. We saw eagles and loons. Thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful property.

Wonderful Townhouse

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay on Newfound Lake. The townhouse was perfectly clean, updated and had everything you could possibly need- sheets, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies and more. When I said we’d be traveling with a one year old, the owners set up a crib with outlet covers near the crib, had a highchair ready to go in the kitchen, and even had baby gates ready for us at the stairs. We’ve never had such a seamless stay. The beach was perfect as well and we hope to come back again!

Family Fun Found at Newfound (Lake)

The property is wonderful! More than just the condo, the vacation experience is shaped by the gorgeous, deep clear waters of Newfound Lake, the well-kept grounds, the accessible beaches, and the various water toys. Everything we needed was provided - linen (even the laundry hampers and soap) and dishes and cookware (even the dish soap, wraps, and cooking basics - oil, sugar, flour) - which allowed us to 'hit the ground running'. The unit was recently renovated and in excellent condition. Thoughtful touches - plenty of beach towels, toys and games - made it a fun and friendly place. The location is near great attractions: restaurants, parks, trails - major grocery convenient. This was a family reunion and we will definitely return!

Sisters' Reunion

We four sisters, getting together for the first time in nearly four years, very much enjoyed our stay at the townhouse on Newfound Lake. While it was very accessible, it provided a sense of privacy. The views from each room over the lake were spectacular, more beautiful than we could have imagined. Since we like cooking together, we really appreciated the well-designed and well-stocked kitchen. It was fun to sit on the deck before dinner, sipping wine, looking off over the lake, and enjoying the colorful fall foliage and the wildlife. The area abounds in hiking trails for all ability levels. And the lake allows for tranquil kayaking, even in October. We drove to several points of interest, including the mill town of Meredith. We found the host very responsive to our requests or questions. We would love to return!

Picture perfect get away

The photos don't do a justice. The views are incredible, the property is clean and updated, and the neighbors are very nice. My family and I had a great time staying at this property and cannot come up with a single negative thing to say about our stay. Not only is the property clean but they provided us with everything we needed and nothing we didn't need. The property had plenty of open storage for us to unpack and settle in as if it were our own home. There are two very nice beaches on the grounds that were perfect for young kids to play at. We have already booked our next stay and cannot wait to go back.

About Us

We both grew up in Ukraine and immigrated to the Unites States in 1998. We have three kids and live in NH a year round. This is our only vacation home. We have fallen in love with Newfound lake years ago and wanted to purchase a vacation home for our kids. To ease the burden of paying it off we are renting a few weeks. We personally handle every aspect of the rental (i.e. cleaning, booking, marketing) Our townhome is not in a property management program which allows us to control and maintain the strict standard to which we hold our properties. We strive to continually improve the quality of the experience for our guests. We are always available to lend a hand or help out with an unforeseen obstacle. If you have special plans for someone (flowers,wine...) let us know how we can help. We love that kind of stuff. We hope you will give us the opportunity to share our home with you.
