· Master bedroom faces the gulf with King size bed, flat screen television and en-suite bathroom

· Master bath completely remodeled with duel sinks, granite countertops and gorgeous walk in shower with grab bars

Yearly Girls Trip

The condo was very neat, clean and cozy perfect for our yearly girls trip. It had everything necessary for our stay. The weather was beautiful and the beach was not very crowded so it made an amazing time.

Loved this condo! Nice updated inside and wonderful view of the ocean! All surfaces and linens were sanitized. Liked how they had comforters,blankets & extra sheets wrapped in plastic with sanitize labels. Also remotes had indicators. Good Job cleaning crew! My son loved the heated pool since the ocean was pretty cold. Great location to shop and restaurants. We will return!

Enjoyed the condo overall

Property was clean and located in a great spot. Patio and view were excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed the condo. Our only issue was the pool was extremely cold 2 of the days we were there (as if they changed the water or something). It was not swimmable, so my 5 year old was very disappointed. I would also advise to bring cooking basics, such as salt and pepper and cooking spray. It was not in the unit.

We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well furnished. It appeared to us that extra care had been taken in making sure that the condo was sanitized to avoid Covid19 exposure. The beaches were clean and we watched several dolphins playing daily. We will definitely come back!

Perfect for our family

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo with amazing views of the gulf! We traveled all the way from Maryland, and had very high expectations which were most certainly met with this condo. We enjoyed listening to the waves while we were falling asleep every night. The condo was tastefully decorated and had a brand-new big screen TV which was great for viewing the Olympics. I personally enjoyed sitting out on the balcony relaxing and taking in the sights. This building is in the perfect location on the beach where it is not super crowded and is a very short walk from the building to the beach. This was especially important to us while hauling kids and tons of sand toys and beach chairs to and from the condo each day. We definitely plan on returning each year and staying in the same condo as it was a wonderful family vacation for us! Gulf Shores has many fabulous restaurants that we enjoyed trying out each night. My husband snuck in a few rounds of golf at some beautiful courses.

Get away week

We did enjoy our week, but the unit needs some work. It needs a deep cleaning and upgrades. The kitchen is nasty and the cabinets need to be cleaned and some of the doors are not hanging straight. The floors should have tile in the common areas/bathrooms and new carpet in the bedrooms. New fixtures in kitchen and bath and granet countertops would make it nice. Also, the sliding glass door does not lock. We enjoyed ourselves, but more than likely we would not want to stay in this unit again. Possibly we would try another Phoenix location.

The condo was good and looked just like the pictures! Check in was smooth and check out went well. Phoenix I is a great place to stay!!!! The only problem was the shower in the master bathroom held water!!! The view was great and I would stay there again!
