FAMILY ROOM - comfortable and spacious with a 65` smart TV and record player, view of the mountains, access to back upper deck.

OUTDOOR: large covered lounge seating with gas fire pit, dining table, bar top and stools, deck hammock and BBQ

GAME ROOM: Epic game room with 3 video game consoles, pool table, foos, shuffle board, comfortable sectional and seating, fireplace and 65` Smart TV

Max # of guests is 14 - Exceeding this will result in immediate termination/eviction with no refund
No large gatherings or parties
No smoking/vaping in or around the property
NOTE: We allow dogs upon request and approval with $150 fee per pet - 2 PET MAXIMUM upon approval!! Max weight 35 pounds.

Any pet must be crated if left alone at the property & not allowed on the furniture or beds - if rules are not followed and additional cleaning is required an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Quiet hours 10PM-8AM.
GARAGE GAME ROOM: All 3 doors must be locked up and secured when not in use.
