This 5th floor 2BR condo with coveted southern exposure private balcony, offers shade in the summer and warm sun in the winter. See the breathtaking beach on the east and the beautiful river and sunset to the west – it is the best of both worlds! Step inside to enjoy the cozy living area and remodeled open kitchen, fully equipped. Master bedroom includes a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony access. Guest bedroom offers a queen bed; guest bath includes a walk-in shower. The living room and both bedrooms provide a flat screen TV with free cable. You can even use your own account/login to watch streaming channels like Netflix and Hulu. Washer/dryer in unit, linen & towels provided.
Head down to the heated outdoor pool or step out on the beach directly from the pool deck. (Unit usually includes beach chairs/toys – help yourself!). Free Wi-Fi, on-site fitness room, free garage parking space
