Great location. Great house. Great fun! Mitch’s home was clean, well stocked AND had a beautiful view. Mitch was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Our Family had an amazing time at this property! It was well maintained, very clean, and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked, each room had fans and plenty of additional linens. The check in and check out process was an ease and the owners are absolutely the Best! The Roof Top Deck and fire pit were the icing on the cake! Gorgeous views and plenty of family memories made here. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Location was great--an easy walk to the ocean or town. I liked that the unit is on the river, so it was quiet with lots of birds to watch in the mornings on the outside upper deck. The home configuration is unique, in that it's a split level, so lots more light in the upper level during the day. It worked out perfectly as my son works grave-yard shift and sleeps during the day, so he had the main level all to himself and I hung out in the kitchen or upstairs. The home is well-built, so I didn't hear him at night and he didn't hear me during the day. I'd stay there again if I were to travel to Seaside. It was a comfortable, quiet and secure residence.

The house was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. Location was great as everything we like to do in Seaside is within walking distance. We look forward to staying again.
