This beautiful 3000 sf beach home, built in 2007, is just over 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks to the estuary. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to shops and restaurants. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a spacious loft and a great floor plan, this home will allow everyone to hang out together or have some privacy.

Top-of-the-line finishes include gourmet kitchen w/island seating 6 and SS appliances, dining table w/seating for 8, vaulted great room w/floor-to-ceiling windows, gas fireplace, foosball, children's books and toys, board games and puzzles, WiFi, and 55' HDTV. Enjoy the deck, bbq, and hot tub, or try your luck at nearby clamming or crabbing. We have sand toys for your use in the garage. Paved driveway and quiet street provide a great play area for riding bikes, playing ball, etc.

Sleeping accommodations are: 3 bedrooms w/queen beds, 1 bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds, and the roomy loft will sleep 2 more on the futon. (Max of 9 over age 3 is strictly enforced.) Come enjoy this luxurious vacation home at Oregon's favorite beach!

THERE IS NO ON-STREET PARKING ALLOWED IN SEASIDE for vacation renters in residential areas. WE CAN ACCOMMODATE 3 (4 IF TWO SMALL ONES CAN FIT IN GARAGE) CARS ON OUR PROPERTY. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. NEIGHBOR WILL REPORT YOU TO CITY.

Being at this house feels like vacation to us thanks to the hot tub, big tv and foosball table, as well as the absence of chores to do like at home! The kids love playing on the beach rain or shine, and it's just a comfortable place where we can escape.

Great vacation house

We went a couple weeks ago for our spring break. The house is great! Very kid friendly...we should know. We rented the house w/ another family and had 8 kids total. Great location, close to beach and even downtown locations. Would definately do it again. Oh, and you couldn't find an easier owner to work with than this one. Wonderful!!!!

Family friendly home! Beautiful location. Short walk to the sea!

This home is perfect for a family or two! (Up to nine adults) The open living space was great for mealtimes and relaxing. This home is just a short walk to the ocean and close to the downtown attractions of Seaside.

We loved that towels, sheets, and basics such as hand soap and toilet paper were provided!

There is a strict no street parking rule, but this did not cause any problems for us.

We visited from the Midwest. If we find ourselves traveling to Seaside again we would stay here again.

We gave this to my in laws and sister in law and her family as a Christmas gift as a gift of family time there was 9 of us and plenty of room for easy 3 more ... its was a great house for us all to be together or if we needed a little space it had that too ... highly highly recommend

great place for a family gathering

Weather was wet and stormy, but house sheltered 6 adults, 2 infants, a four year old and two dogs very comfortably. Kitchen living area was perfect for hanging out, fixing meals. Table was big enough to set up a jigsaw puzzle and still fit all of us for meals! Upstairs loft provided a great hangout for the four year old. She loved the Foosball! The house was clean, modern, but livable. Too wet for us to make use of it, but backyard, hot tub, deck area looked inviting. And location was easy walking to beach, quiet, but still a quick drive to downtown area. Kelley, the owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again! We had only three cars, so the onsite parking requirement was no problem.

Wonderful long weekend at Seaside

We have rented this home a number of times and adore it. The house is beautiful and updated and comfortable for kids! It's well equipped with everything you need, a new BBQ, comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone. The owner, Kelly, has been a dream to work with and has made the process seamless each time. It's close to the beach so the kids have the whole ocean as their backyard. I cannot recommend the home and owners enough! We will be back again for sure.
