Return Parking Passes and pool key if used to Draw next to Refrigerator
Return Refrigerator to lowest setting, Hallway thermostat to 78F cool summer or 65F heat winter, turn stove/oven and hot water heater circuit breaker behind 1st bedroom door.

Great 4th views

We came for the 4th of July holiday. It was a great place to spend the weekend and great views of fireworks from the balcony.

Our four-person family spent a wonderful weekend at this cozy condo. It is literally a minute from the ocean and gets great views of the sunrise (and the sunset from the master bedroom). It is well laid out, which allows privacy to each of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great and reliable communication as well with the owners. Highly recommend.

My 3 adult children and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The host was kind to allow us early check in, which was great! This is a very family location, off the beaten path with pretty views of the ocean. Thank you!

The location was great, but the condo needs updating. The floors, rugs and kitchen were dirty, broken furniture. It needs cosmetic work, paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. The host was very informative and replied quickly to any questions we had.

The condo was not as described. The place was not as described. It is very outdated and the floor feels like you’re going to fall through but the reason is because they put flooring over top of the carpet! The beds were stained and dirty. The pictures, doors to the W/D, vent in kitchen all were covered in thick dust. Upon arrival the AC was locked and temp was 83 degrees. Thankfully the next door neighbor had the owner’s number and they called them, but I had to figure out how to unlock it myself! The couch was in very poor condition and the coverlets were stained. The walls were scoffed up where the chairs had rubbed against them. The W/D area was very dirty. When reached out via message to the owner all he was concerned with was for me to share info on how I unlocked the thermostat so he could share it with future guests. The view from the porch is great IF you look to the left, as the view is looking at another condo/house directly in front of this one. I expressed all my concerns with the owner and again he said that no one else has complained and they like their couch and requested the info on how to unlock the thermostat. I called VRBO and spoke with them to make sure they were aware of the concerns I had with the condo and the owner. I feel the advertisement of this condo was inaccurate and I wanted to let others be aware and for VRBO to remove it from their website. Not to mention the pool is 2 blocks down from the condo. All this has left me feeling really unhappy!

The condo accommodated our family perfectly. We had 3 adults, 3 young children. Beach access was a short walk away. The host responds quickly, and is super friendly! We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Near the end of the beach where the pier is located and the best surfing is. Also has least amount of traffic.

What makes this property unique

Large top balcony with best views. Can even see the fireworks from town from the right side of the balcony on Thursday nights in season.
