*You have your own private room and bathroom there is no access to shared spaces. You do have access to the driveway and yard.

Very quiet and comfy. Met every need we had. Perfect for someone who cannot do stairs. Easy to take our dog in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was just as described. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was immediately outside our door. It is located in a nice neighborhood, quiet, and peaceful. A very relaxing vacation spot.The room was clean, the internet was easy to log onto. The hostess had everything covered. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking to relax.

Pet friendly hosts! After 7" of snow, my host shoveled and cleaned the snow off my truck for me before I went to work. Now that is a "Value-Add" if i ever saw one!!!

Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host that I left the next morning. Best of luck to those who are ok with this type of lack of caring.

We arrived late and we did not have any issues in getting in. The place was very clean and appealing. Only concern was the bathroom size being too small and a lot of creaking sound from upstairs. Sound insulation could help. The kitchen amenities was great and we loved the tea. Not much to add for we came in late and left after getting up. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
