Fence: This unit has a fence that connects the backyard with the neighbouring unit. Please make sure the pin is closed at all times.

🐾 Pet Owners: Include up to two dogs in booking so the pet fee is applied. Pick up and dispose of dog waste. No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture. No dog in the pool.

This house was well stocked with pretty much everything you need from beach accessories to high chairs. The lower level game room kept the kids busy when not at the beach. The beach itself was a walkable 2 blocks away, and there is a great little bar/restaurant right at the beach entrance to grab some drinks and appetizers after a day in the sun. The host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. Check in and check out we’re a breeze.

Excellent

We came here with two 80yr olds, 18, 21 and my husband and I…it was amazing! It was close to everything! The owners literally thought of everything you might need so you can relax. We don’t have little kids but they had high chairs, crib, kids toys for beach and inside. Several things in the game room for all ages. House was fully stocked as far as kitchen supplies and personal items. The elevator was great for my parents and to haul items up and down. Beautiful house!

A Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.Christianne was an incredible host—responsive, honest, and accommodating. She made the booking and check-in process smooth and stress-free.The house is stunning. It looks like it was professionally decorated—every room was thoughtfully designed, and my wife and kids couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and comfortable it was. The home was spotless when we arrived, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained.The location is ideal—just a short 2-block walk to a quiet, uncrowded beach. Perfect if you're looking to relax and avoid the tourist-packed areas. We loved using the beach gear—wagon, chairs, and a tent—all in like-new condition, which made beach days super easy.When we weren’t at the beach, the house kept everyone entertained. The basement game room became a family favorite, especially when we needed a break from the sun. The pool was another highlight—great for lounging, and we loved floating on the rafts while watching TV poolside.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the outdoor BBQ worked perfectly. The house is in a peaceful residential area—ideal for families or anyone wanting to avoid the crowds.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!

This property had everything we needed for a great vacation. The kids loved the heated pool and pool table. It is was an easy walk to the beach. The chairs and wagon provided make it very convenient. It is the cleanest property we have ever stayed during vacation. We were able to walk to dinner and ice cream. The kitchen was large enough for a couple people to work at the same time. We shared this trip with another family and had plenty of room to all sit and eat at the same time. The children loved the kids room with bunk beds and gave them a quiet place to unwind before bed. We would definitely stay again.
