Great house and location

The property exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and was a great space for a getaway with friends. It was walking distance to the beach as well as multiple places to eat. Would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing beach house

We loved this house so much. It’s was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool is fabulous and the beach, restaurants, shops are an easy walk. Overall a fantastic property!

Great vacation

House was very clean and big. Location was great. Short walk to the beach. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas. Property manager was great, they fixed any issue we had right away. We would definitely recommend this property to any large family.

Friends and family Christmas trip

Great house for a large group! The pictures actually dont show how big as it really is. We were a group of 12, and had a ton of room. We spent Christmas in the house and had some friends over too. The house is made for entertaining. Great location with beach access across the street.

Wow. What a place. It was so perfect for our needs. And it's one of those locations that look even better in person! I highly recommend this home.

Fabulous beach vacay

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home! The pool was great to use and convenient for afternoons. The walk to the beach was so easy and short, and a great because was right over the dunes. The house is spacious, lovely, well-supplied and very relaxing. Lots of nice touches that make it feel high end and cozier than a hotel or regular rental home. I hope we can return to this great place again soon!

Perfect Location!

Loved the location. Some issues trying to check in the property. Door code would not work and took a while until we got the right person who could remotely let us in. Only 4 beach chairs of which one was broke when we got here for the 8 adults and 2 children Also no cooler for the beach. But the location to the beach is so good it’s easy to go back and forth to the house. The hosts/site managers were very responsive and kind and helpful.

Worth every penny

We were there to celebrate a friends 50rh. The beds were COMFY. The linens were soft and plentifull. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was well apointed, and it was a great layout. Loved the bathroom set up. Having the shower/toilet sepate from the sinks was great. Wr were able to wallk on the beach every day. The convinience store arround the corrner was a huge asset. We didnt get to use the pool, it was too cold. But it was nice to sit arround.

Indian Rocks Vacay

Great location- easy beach access across the street! The beach access is less busy than other spots, so easier to find a place for your stuff. Good beach gear with the house- wagons, chairs, umbrellas were the perfect accessories to have. Pool is great for cooling off for days you want to avoid sand and salt. The kitchen isn’t set up well for a lot of cooking- best for quick/simple meals only. House was clean, check in and out was super easy and good communication with Vacasa as the property managers. Would stay here again!

Shortly after arriving, we noticed the oven was missing the knob to control the oven temp and to turn it on. We bought food to cook and we were unable to cook it. The primary bathroom toilet would not flush and my friends had to manually hold the flapper up each time to allow it to work properly. There were stains and scuffs on the barstools, walls and stairs. The sliding glass doors did not lock or close properly and the safety bar they provided was not long enough to keep it closed. I contacted the property management about most of these concerns and they stated they were sending someone out but weren’t sure when they would arrive. They never came by and never called to follow up about our concerns during our stay. I was very unhappy with their customer service. I’m not sure I would book through them again.
Stain in the kitchen pantry from previous occupants.
Barstool cushion stains.
Scuffs on the stairs.
Scuffs on the dining room wall.

Great location, needs improvement

The location of the property cannot be beat. That is definitely the best thing about the house. The beach is right across the street and there and many great restaurants nearby. The home was large and did have enough space for 12 people. However, there were not enough hygiene items, toilet paper, towels, cooking utensils, etc. for that large of a group. Definitely bring your own. The beds were comfortable. There were not any beach chairs, a wagon, or umbrella which is frustrating because it was mentioned in the listing that there would be. Working with the property manager was very difficult and concerns were responded to but unfixable. There was specifically a concern about the security of the home. The lock was broken and the solution is ineffective. I think this is a huge concern regarding safety that needs a better solution immediately.

Our three families enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is large, beautiful, and a short walk to the beach. We appreciated all the pool and beach supplies – beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and wagons to haul the beach equipment to the Gulf. The kitchen needs to be stocked with more utensils, cooking items, pizza pans, pots and pans, etc. We had some issues in the kitchen, mostly with the stove. Only a few small eyes on the stove worked— which was a major inconvenience for us as we are a cooking family. The management team tried to resolve the problems, but it was not resolved during our stay. Overall, the major positive to this house is the location to the beach, and it is close to everything needed for a large family reunion, especially the two ice cream shops in walking distance!
