This was the best vacation! The house had everything we needed. We charted one of his boats for the day and had so much fun! The golf cart was a lot of fun. Everything is so close.

Property was beautiful and the check in process was super easy. We got to the house to drop our bags off and the owner was there and she was kind enough to just let us stay which was awesome! We loved everything about the place. Kids had fun swimming and fishing off the dock. The golf cart was a fun bonus to drive around on. Plenty of space for everyone. Communication with the owners was great. Would love to go back sometime.

Perfect stay for our family with kids 19-24
everyone had their own space but there are wonderful common areas! The pool is great, easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach..kayaks were awesome. Lots of fun restaurants and bars in the area. Tom was an excellent host, we will definitely be back!!

Great place!

There were 8 of us total. 3 adults 3 teenagers and 2 preteens. The house was perfect for our vacation. Easy to get to the beach via the golf cart or walking. Pool was fantastic and the owners were responsive with issues we had. One kitchen drawer was broke upon our arrival and a leaky toilet. The owners were responsive with getting them fixed.

We rented the house for 3 weeks in January 2024. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool was amazing and it was so nicely heated. Concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the place was extremely clean. We would definitely rent again!

You can also schedule fishing charters and sunset cruises on location.
