Room was clean and spacious. Great place for what we paid. Took us just a minute to figure out how to lock the door. We loved that it was not located in the busy part of Sevierville. We will definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent place to stay, reasonable rates. Would definitely stay again Wasn’t a problem for us, but just know there is no elevator. One handicap room on main level.

Super easy check-in and check out, great location, clean, but there were some issues that I had. First, there were a ton of bugs, alive and dead on the floor. I probably rescued no less than 10 ladybugs and set them free. No clue where they were coming from. It would have been nice to have a broom/dustpan in the closet so I could have swept the dead bugs out. Also, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in there, from people talking in their units to people walking upstairs to the traffic driving by on the main road. Also, the place needs curtains over the blinds. There are 2 lights that light up the sign to the little Spanish store below the unit and they shine directly into the room. Curtains are a must because the blinds don’t keep the light out. Outside of those issues I was happy with my rental.
