I can't say anything negative about this property or the communication during the reservation, check in and check out process. Everything was as described and very clean. I would stay here again if in the Seattle area. Top notch host and location.

This was a great stay. The property felt newly decorated, and everything was new, clean, and very well maintained. The host was friendly and provided detailed instructions for finding the location and for check-in, which made the whole process smooth and easy.Overall, it was a very good experience, and I’d happily recommend this place to others.

I enjoyed staying in this home for my business trip to Seattle. It was within walking distance of a coffee shop, nice restaurant, and a walking path. It is bright and airy and comfortable.

Very impressed with the communication from Lucia in all respects. The accom description was perfect, and the house was extremely clean! Easy access to downtown and the airport. Off street parking for our rental vehicle was safe and had plenty of availability. We really enjoyed our stay here and will look to do so again should we return to Seattle.

Very nice space. Great for a short visit with small group. Decent amenities and close to stores. The neighborhood is under construction which makes it tough to navigate. The home’s front door is in an alleyway and the photos don’t really give a good visual of what to expect. Cleanliness wise, I found a hair wrapped up in my towel (not my hair). This is me being nit picky, otherwise the place looked great. I would stay here again.

Us four adults stayed one night at this home. It truly is brand new and very clean. It’s a two-level home with very steep stairs going up to the two bedrooms. In the bathrooms, there were limited towels (only one per person.) No lotions or extras of any kind. It’s the bare minimums. The kitchen did supply coffee. Luckily, I carry my own raw sugar with me when traveling. The home is very small, with accurate pictures. Our Uber driver drove us to the market area. The location of the home is not convenient for walking outside at all. The owners did allow us to stow our luggage before checking in, which was beneficial. I probably would not stay here again because of the neighborhood.

There was some water issues where the water in the toilets and sinks was not clear, maybe a city issue. There was a lot of long hair in the showers and furniture. The bedding towels and pillows were not great quality but okay. The air conditioner was great and the beds were very comfy. Location was good too. Could be a much better place with a few upgrades.

We were surprised by the comments about the water, as neither our cleaner nor the guests before and after your stay reported any water issues. We also asked for a photo so we could investigate the concern, but unfortunately never received one. Immediately after check-out, our cleaner checked the water throughout the home and confirmed that it was clear, including sending us photos and videos. We always take guest concerns seriously and are happy to address any issue when we have the information needed to do so you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the comfortable beds, A/C, and convenient location. We were surprised by the comments about the water, as neither our cleaner nor the guests before and after your stay reported any water issues.
