The host was incredibly responsive to a question, driving over for an explanation and prepared for a repair, which wasn’t needed. The property was comfortable, centrally located for our weekend, access off highways was simple, check-out was easy and straight forward. We will return if needed for future visits with family living in west Knoxville.

Property was just as advertised. Modern Charm was a perfect name for this townhouse. Nice size and well appointed. It was a townhouse but felt very private. Very good location and if I was to return I would stay again
