We had a mishap with cleaning when checking in, the property owner was very responsive and helped us get settled in quickly. The experience was great, and our group was grateful for the kindness of the owner. Overall, the property was just what we needed for a game weekend in Knoxville.
Cozy home with perfect amount of space for our little family of 3. The location was spot on for being close to downtown (1.5 miles) and to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Neighborhood was quiet--we enjoyed both mornings and evenings out on the porch.
The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was close to the stadium, it felt safe, and friendly neighbors.
Cute house in a good location. Very close to downtown, the old city and the University of Tennessee campus. Close to the interstate. Nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms with laundry facility.
The description was off when the owner described the property as new. It was however newly renovated, somewhat. He had explained to us that the front door needed a little help to open. It in fact needed to be lifted and pushed fairly hard to open and close. What lighting there was was very poor with several of the bulbs burnt out with no replacements. In fact the one over the front door was burnt out making it difficult to see the number load at night. The 3 beds were very soft and this made it hard to get in or out each as we tried then all. New mattresses are required. The were a few holes in the kitchen floor where the chair legs had poked through. Also the cushions on the chairs of the front deck smelled like cat urine. Although the neighborhood was very quiet it was about 30% run down. We would not stay here again.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
There were definitely some concerns, which were communicated to the property owner directly. Hopeful he can get his maintenance team to standards. The fridge did not work our entire stay and 3 days prior to leaving, completely broke with average temps 59 to 68 degrees. No resolution. Had to buy ice, new food products, and use coolers found in the home. A very small refund was offered which did not cover the proce of the food lost, or the additional money spent on ice and new food products for 3 days.
This house was a great stay. Plenty of space for the seven of us with a nice yard for the kids. Quiet neighborhood. Not a far drive from pigeon forge, Dollywood, etc.
Nicely quiet neighborhood, wonderful front porch for lounging and reading! Charming little house with all the amenities.
Easy access in and around town!!!
Our family enjoyed our time in Knoxville, TN. Fun things to do and see with Pigeon Forge just a short drive away. Our hosts went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
This property is so very nice, the neighbors are friendly the area is close to everything the rooms are all spacious and cleanliness is very amazing to see and is very much appreciated. The house has a wonderful anointing of peace which is rare but very thankful.
