Large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, perfect for families or groups, just steps from historic downtown Leadville. The backyard deck with fire pit and patio table, has stunning 180 degree views of the tallest peaks in the Rocky Mountains! The house sleeps 12 (beds for 8, and 2 queen sofa beds for 4). Our historic mountain home has a very large dinning table, perfect for family dinners. The basement has a pool table for after dinner entertainment. The warm inviting living room comes with a wood burning stove and upright piano. Built in 1888, this house also has a fully stocked, updated kitchen, mud room, laundry room, fenced backyard, and side yard for extra parking. Visit the charming, historic mining town with lots of shops and restaurants to explore. Bring your bikes to ride the 11.5 mile Mineral Belt trail around Leadville.
The San Isabel National Forrest is just blocks away. Beautiful Turquoise Lake is 4 miles away or enjoy a round of golf at North America's highest course, Mt. Massive Golf Course. Ski Cooper is 9 miles away. Summer or winter, you will enjoy your vacation at 10,200 feet!
