Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure to leave keys and key-fob in lockbox upon check-out. Lost keys $25 fee, lost key-fob $150 fee.
Take out trash.
Make sure all dishes are washed. Unwashed dishes $40 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glassware or porcelain in pool area. Please use provided plasticware for pool.
Toilets: DO NOT flush toilet paper or any sanitary product, please use provided trash bins for all paper waste.

This guest did not stay at our property. They cancelled their reservation and got a full refund upon arrival due to not being in accordance with our house rules.
