The Ranch at La Joya is a new luxurious modern farm house set back in a private gated neighborhood of La Joya in Rincon called Tres Palmas Tropical Estates. It is conveniently located off RIncons Route 413 "Road to Happiness" and has unobstructed views throughout the valley to the Caribbean Sea.Just 5 minutes drive to Steps Beach,Tres Palmas, Dogmans, Marias,Domes and all the popular bars and restaurants.The house was designed for open concept living.The gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher,and a gas stove. There is a separate laundry room on the pool level residence with a slop sink for all your family needs.The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is directly across from steps beach below the English Rose.Once you settle in you won’t want to leave the salt water pool.The house has plenty of space inside and outside and is adjacent to a beautiful horse ranch.At pool level the villa has two large bedrooms,each with one queen bed per bedroom.
The third bedroom consist of two queen beds, a full bath,sitting room and is located on the lower floor of Villa,with its own entrance. The location of the Villa cannot be matched!! No immediate neighbors, just perfect serenity, and beautiful views and no noise, and just a 5 minute ride to Tres
Palmas Marine Reserve for the best snorkeling on the island.
Security camera present outside villa front stairs on outside wall. Camera captures front yard and driveway,and stairs. Two other cameras right back corner exterior wall. Cameras capture back yard and side yard horse farm side.There are 2 outdoor showers that have hot water (for your rinsing off after beach)and plenty of towels.

Gorgeous home, incredible setting! We’ve stayed in multiple homes in Rincon and this one is our favorite! We will certainly return, great communication and very helpful. Incredibly clean, close to great restaurants, shops, etc. Our kids loved playing in the pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Little piece of paradise.

Excellent location to access all surf beaches in Rincon within a few minutes but up in the mountain so, very private. Place was very clean and comfortable. Loved rhe place. Will definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable house next to a farm in Rincon, just across from Tres Palmas. This was a nice alternative to a hotel.

Stunning views and great location

This was a relaxation station for my family. So beautiful to wake up every morning to the sun rising over the mango and horse farm. Take a dip in your private saltwater pool and then walk down to the ocean. It was an amazing place. Will be back!

Fathers day weekend

Very nice property on the montains no noise nice view pool and house clean. The only down was that we did not have a BBQ and I love to grill and we had our menu ready for the grill.

Great house beautiful location!

The house was perfect for us. My husband and I used the downstairs suite and our parents (in their 80's) stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and we loved the kitchen / living area open to the pool deck. The view was fantastic! We had a few occasions where we contacted the owner and he was very responsive and helpful. Thank you.

Beautiful property.

We loved everything about the property. Water pressure or hot water were not the best, but been up in the mountain that is sometimes normal. The view was spectacular. Love the kitchen, and that pool at night was amazing. The one thing that we did not like was the outside floor, real slippery when wet. Other than that everything was good.

Listing is inaccurate

The house is very nice, especially for Rincon. There are ants and MASSIVE spiders, but that is part of Rincon.The house listing claimed it was a “2 minute walk from Steps Beach”. It is actually a 19 minute walk. The house is not close to the beach and is off a steep, narrow, very hard to drive road

Great house in Rincón!

We loved this house! It was spotless clean and we had everything we needed. It is super close to town, but tucked away with beautiful countryside surrounding it at the same time. You feel secluded as if you have no neighbors. It is modern and the pool and view is amazing! Paul was very communicative and all the instructions were given ahead of time. We will return! :)

Nice, quiet place

The road that you have to take to get to the house is very narrow. The water pressure is terrible ! that really needs to be fixed. The rooms should have better pillows, TV and a good comforter. It is a real nice property and if the rooms can be updated it will be grate

Peaceful escape

We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed ourselves. The house is just as pictured. The House has great AC! Getting to the house was a little bit of a pain with no actual address but the property owner guided us in. Bedrooms were very bare and needed a fee extras to make it more home like. Having the pool was great added feature. We did loose power a few times while there so a generator would be helpful. Thankfully it only lasted about 5 hours could have been worse. It's peaceful up on the hill. I would definitely recommend to any family. Be careful on the tile by the stairs and pool it's very slippery when wet. All in all a good stay.

Peaceful mountain side retreat

We have visited Puerto Rico in the past, but this was our first time in Ricon. It's a great surfing town with tons to do. Paul's home is in a great location away from the main /busier parts of town but close enough where you can enjoy everything Ricon has to offer. The home is very well kept, and Paul is very responsive. He gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Our young children enjoyed the pool on days we were not at the beach and the horses next door. Thank you, Paul!
