Escape to our peaceful home in the Mountains! Centrally located for easy access to all the outdoor adventures that the Grand Valley has to offer, our apartment is a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom overlooking the beautiful 1-acre property.

The private 2 bed 1 bath is located in the lower level of the main house on the property. It is accessed by exterior steps down from the driveway to its own private entrance.
The location is perfect. Far enough away from Hwy 40 that you cannot hear the road noise, but close enough to allow for easy access. Additionally, Tabernash is ideally situated between Granby and Winter Park to provide easy access to all the mountain activities of Grand County – from skiing Winter Park and Granby Ranch to paddleboarding Grand Lake.

Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with memory foam mattress, full closet available for use, wall-mounted TV with Roku streaming.
Bedroom 2 – Bunk room with a full and two twin beds, TV located in closet with Roku streaming.
Living Room – Offers ample seating with a large leather couch, lounge chair and ottoman and two counter bar stools. The living room also includes an electric fireplace, adding ambiance and comfort after a long day playing in the mountains. The large windows off the living room overlook the property filled with beautiful aspens and pines.
Bathroom – The standard full bathroom includes a blow dryer and bathtub.
Wifi for the space is provided by Starlink, offering unbeatable speeds and reliability.

Parking:
There is one parking space on the driveway. It is highly recommended that anyone parking on the drive have 4 wheel drive and good tires. Otherwise that is ample parking space in a large clearing off the road.

Other items to know about the area:
We are located in a quiet and dispersed neighborhood that allows for a very real connection to nature. This also means we have bears, moose, deer, coyotes, foxes, etc. Please ensure no food/trash is left outside or in vehicles overnight. If you travel with pets, please be mindful when letting them outside, especially at dawn and dusk during summer.
