Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave beds unmade
Put all trash into the dedicated bins located in the garage and make sure the lids are tightly closed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Mandatory $50 fee per vehicle is required upon entrance and allows access to the beaches, pool, golf, tennis and pickleball courts (for a fee)
Hot tub use is prohibited No confetti, additional cleaning fee will apply!

Beautiful home, beautiful location ! Great hosts. The lake was amazing to play in and the house was perfect. Just be aware there is a 50/car fee to get into the community. It is not disclosed until you’re heading there so for us it was an additional 200 that we didn’t plan on. I would recommend this home but just need to know this fee exists
