Luxurious, modern, 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome ready to be your home away from home! Enjoy the peace and quiet in this beautiful newer constructed, gated community in the University Town Center area of Sarasota with access to a private community pool.
Furnishings are fresh and minimalist with comfort in mind. All bedrooms feature high-end mattresses and very comfortable bedding. Master bed is on an adjustable powerbase for added customizable sleeping options. Kitchen is fully equipped with a large quartz island and ample open space leading to the dining and living room areas. Outside you can relax on the fully enclosed lanai overlooking the private pond and watch the local wildlife.
Upstairs houses a cozy loft and 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a large walk-in closet). Lounge in the loft area to read, watch a movie or binge watch your favorite shows. Two of the bedrooms share one full-sized bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom hosts an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
Your stay includes ONE garage parking spot (in the 2-car garage), driveway parking for 2 cars, all utilities, high speed internet, a brand new full-sized washer and dryer and a dedicated work desk (in the primary bedroom), PLUS beach-ready equipment for your use (wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler).
