This place exceeded expectations! The beach access and views are exactly what you hope for in Dana Point—simply stunning. The home was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Great local restaurants and coffee spots are close by, but honestly, we never wanted to leave the sand. This was our second visit to this house rental and the location, view, & all-main-level house can’t be beat. Hearing the ocean waves day and night is such a treat. The kitchen and patio are wonderful for family time. Overall, we had a great time & enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house, perfect location. Secure, gated community- quiet peaceful beach. Home is as advertised, clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Plenty of space for 6 adults with great kitchen and grill for making meals- easy access to several beach towns with great shops and restaurants as well. Enjoyed the boogie and surf boards provided, bikes as well. Great stay!

We had a wonderful visit! You can't beat the location with direct access onto the beach. Such a treat to be able to sit listening to the waves, watching the sunset. House is all one level, which we especially love. Paul is always great & easy to communicate & work with. We really enjoyed our visit!
