Big 4-bedroom House close to Beach in San Clemente

Great house with lots of space for family, friends and kids. There are 4 bedrooms, a large living area, a small spa, ping pong table and a sauna. Get on the local trolley all day and hang by the fire pit at night. Beach and shops are very close! We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put on linens/towels by the washer/dryer.
Place inside trash in the outside trash can just outside the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please rinse off before using spa. Bathing suits only. Lint, hair, food, dirt, etc. will clog the filter.
