Lake Michigan is waiting for you at this 6-bedroom house. This peaceful retreat offers 4 king beds, 2 twin bed, and 1 queen bed for a tremendous stay. A new, 8 person hot tub was installed on the deck in August 2025. With 3 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests can relax and unwind. The living room with a sofa bed provides a pleasant space to gather and make memories. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our home. Our home is an easy 3/10ths of a mile from the Lake Michigan beach. Our home is an easy walk to The Deck bar and restaurant which is a great venue for live music. Our home is 2/10ths of a mile from Muskegon Lake public access. Muskegon lake is a great destination for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and boating. This is complete new construction.

We had a great stay! We visited the Tulip Festival that was less than an hour away. The beach was so close we went several times just for the sunset, walked out to the lighthouse. Plenty of places just a short drive away.

What a great home. We had 6 in all down for a work trip with plenty of comfy room. We had great talks around the kitchen table watched a Cavs game in the cozy living room. The only tips I'd share for improvements would be to uninvite the spiders who were a bit friendly and and more mirrors in the bedrooms so multiple people can get ready at the same time. We had a great visit.

The Lake Breeze Cottage was spacious for our large family with a great game area in the basement. The location was perfect, just a 5 min walk to the absolutely gorgeous Lake Michigan Beach. It was great to enjoy the beach by day and watch the sunsets at night. The Cottage was very clean and very well done.

This house was perfect for two families on a holiday week! The kids loved the pool table and hot tub in the snow. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized which we appreciated greatly!! The beds were very comfortable and there was so much space for everyone. Next we want to come back in the summer and enjoy the short walk to the beach a bit more!
