David Chen is a Great Host! Entire house was clean and perfect for our party of 12 lots of space 5 bdrms, 3 full baths, full kitchen with everything we needed and more! Great location!A few little fixes needed to be done but due to hurricane lala plumbers were not available.We enjoyed our stay, the home and everything about it and look forward to returning in the near future. Mahalo Hilo

The house is very big and spacious. Lots of room for everyone to not be piled on one another. AC in the rooms is great. It’s not through the house. Everything was clear for check in. No issues at all with feeling comfortable reaching out to the host. We would stay here again. It’s close to everything in town.

Good location! The house was clean but the air conditioning was only in the bedrooms. Extra last minute charges were concerning and I’m truly thankful for Vrbo customer support! No there is a charge for extra people!!!!

Great Home. Very spacious. Enough room for several people or multi families. Big garage and yard to hang out in. A/C in every bedroom was a nice touch. Host was quick to respond to questions. Location was perfect. Less than 5 minutes from airport. Across the street from Big Island Candy. Walking distance to Hawaiian Style Cafe. Would absolutely recommend this for your next stay. If I am ever in need of a place to stay in Hilo again, this will be my first choice.

We came for a family reunion and the house was amazing. David was great with communication , and any issues that came up were handled immediately. I would recommend this huge home for any big family. Very comfortable, very clean and just a few blocks away from grocery stores and any shopping needs that anyone would need for their trip , all while still feeling that Island vibe ( getting away from it all ) The neighbors are elderly and had David call us to keep the noise down . Out of respect for them we did keep it down. Understandable being that we did have quite a few family members come over the first couple of nights . All in all , the home is amazing, area is great , and David communicated very professionally . Would love to come back .
