Sweet 101 one in the city bungalow

Sweet 101 is a bright, clean private Bungalow in town. With a full kitchen and dining table guests can cook and visit with ease. TV and WiFi provided. Towels and toiletries are ready for arrival. Complimentry coffee and treats from our local downtown merchants. The Bungalow is walking distance to downtown Grass Valley and the Nevada County Fair Grounds. We are also located just steps from a large City park that offers a nice playground, baseball fields, skate park, walking/biking trails and a disk golf course. Sweet 101 is an in town stay that won't disappoint. Both on and off street parking. The Bungalow sleeps two but could accommodate up to four.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Sweet 101 lives up to its name as a "Sweet 101 away from home." The accommodation was a perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and sightseeing. A bunch of streaming services to catch up on any shows or movies that you don't currently subscribe to. A stroke of genius to paint the arch in front of the house red so you could easily identify the property and to park. Matthew was very responsive to any questions or issues that needed attention to. Met Haven and her dad and had a nice chat. Very down to earth and friendly folks. Would recommend and stay here again when visiting the Grass Valley area in the future.

Just a few suggestions: The shower is very slick & needs a non-skid shower matThe throw rugs need non-slip pads under them. I slipped on entry rug & almost fellThe knives are very dullI couldn’t find any measuring cups. A glass 2 cup measuring cup would be handyThe throw blanket in living room is very stinky. More wash cloths & towels would be nice. The front porch steps ate slick when wet. Some step grippers would be great. The wall unit heater in bedroom wouldn’t work. These are mostly safety/liability items to consider Other than these, the place is absolutely adorable! I would definitely book this house again! Very peaceful & relaxing!
