Charming 900Sqft lakefront "tiny" house that packs a punch into such a small space! Private bedroom on the main floor along with a full bath, open kitchen, dining and living space with tons of natural light! There is also a loft bedroom that has its own bathroom with a shower! The bedroom, loft, and main living space all have independently adjustable AC units for maximum comfort! Coming off the back deck it is an easy walk to the swim platform dock.

It was exactly as described, and perfect for my family with dogs. It's a great location, in a little neighbor that was good for a quick dog walk. There is a big park within miles and groceries not too far away, in Lavonia. The lake was a little low when we visited but did not affect our stay. Overall, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.
