3 Bed 2.5 Bath With Garden View, Awesome Location, No Need For Car
Located next to the STrand Shopping center, central Seven mile beach, across from the Beautiful beachcomber Condos. Modern and tastefully decorated spacious 3 bed 2.5 bath conco. Huge private Master suite with bath, shower, and double sinks. an additional 2 bedrooms on the top floor (away from the master suite) which share a bathroom. on the main level is the living room, dining, kitchen and laundry, plus half bathroom. we have beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, and some beach toys. You can easily walk to 15 restaurants, coffee shops, banks, grocery, liquor , clothing stores and many more stores! Short walk to nightlife too! Im sure you will enjoy your stay with us and thanks for checking us out!

Car: Not Necessary
We are located central Seven Mile beach across the road from the Luxurious Beachcomber condos and next to The Strand shopping Center and a 3 min walk to the Ritz Carlton. There is Free covered Parking at Park Place but you actually don't need a car unless you want to tour the whole Island. The buses (nice minivans) run regularly up and down SMB, and stop right by Park Place. it is very safe in Cayman (guns are against the law) and Park Place is very secure with fob access only. The condo is extremely quiet and faces north so stays quite cool too. We have comfortable Furnishings and a Flat screen TV in the Living room and master Bedroom. The condo is very well equipped from Sugar spices in the Kitchen to beach chairs and Jigsaw puzzles. If you arrive on Sunday, I would be happy to collect a few groceries for you if you want. We know you will enjoy staying at #7 and look forward to having you!

About the owner: My good friend Fabio and I bought park place as an investment about 7 years ago. Fabio moved to cayman from Italy about 11 years ago and we became friends shortly after he arrived. I was born in Toronto but raised partly in UK and eventually moved to Cayman with my parents 25 years ago. My beautiful wife Eileen and I have two beautiful girls. I part own a Real Estate firm called Capital Realty located in the strand. I was a professional musician for 25 years but I only play at home now as life was too busy!
Why the Owner Chose George Town, Cayman Islands:
Because of it's fantastic location and you don't really need a car if you stay here (unless you want to tour around the Island). Despite being in the middle of everything, the condo is exceptionally quite and peaceful.
