Located next to the Strand Shopping center, central Seven mile beach, across from the Beautiful beachcomber Condos. Modern and tastefully decorated spacious 3 bed 2.5 bath condo. Huge private Master suite with bath, shower, and double sinks. an additional 2 bedrooms on the top floor (away from the master suite) which share a bathroom. on the main level is the living room, dining, kitchen and laundry, plus half bathroom. we have beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, and some beach toys. You can easily walk to 15 restaurants, coffee shops, banks, grocery, liquor , clothing stores and many more stores! Short walk to nightlife too! Im sure you will enjoy your stay with us and thanks for checking us out!

About George Davidson

My good friend Fabio and I bought park place as an investment about 7 years ago. Fabio moved to cayman from Italy about 11 years ago and we became friends shortly after he arrived. I was born in Toronto but raised partly in UK and eventually moved to Cayman with my parents 28 years ago. My beautiful wife Eileen and I have two gorgeous girls. I work as a realtor for Williams2 located in the strand. I was a professional musician for 25 years but I only play at home now as life was too busy!

Because of it's fantastic location and you don't really need a car if you stay here (unless you want to tour around the Island). Despite being in the middle of everything, the condo is exceptionally quite and peaceful.

The place was great. I was able to cook great food and enjoy my family in a nice quite setting. The location was perfect close to the supermarket and the beach. I would so come back.

Excellent location

We just wrapped up our stay at this condo rental for our family spring break vacation. Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons that may be helpful to future vacationers looking for a place to stay. Pros: The location is perfect with easy parking, a nearby coffee shop and a grocery store within walking distance. You truly can't beat the location!! The layout was also a positive with two bedrooms upstairs, the main living area in the middle/main floor and the master on the first floor which gave everyone a little privacy. The price point is also a plus considering the nightly cost of most hotels on the island.

Cons: The 4 PM checkin time can be tricky if you fly in earlier in the day. We actually checked in at 4 but the maid wasn't finished until after 7 PM which was a bit awkward. The AC unit is on the top floor and controls all three floors so the master can get quite warm unless you want the upstairs to be freezing.

Overall the size worked out well for our family but the checkin could have been a bit more seamless. I would recommend this rental for families. FYI - the unit is for sale so this could result in some changes to the check in, availability and pricing.

Prime location, excellent host & beautiful apartment

George was a very accommodating and informative host. The apartment was modern, clean, well stocked with towels, beach chairs and kitchenware. He met our group of 13 at the apartment and provided recommendations of where to eat, shop and places to visit. George's place was 1 of the two 3 bedroom apartments in park place that we rented. We have no reservations about re-booking & would recommend to friends and family. Awesome place, perfect location for walking up and down the strip and frequent visits to the beach.

Great Place!

We stayed at Unit 7 Park Place Plaza for a week at the end of May. The place was wonderful - lots of stuff that you would not normally get at a hotel, plus 3 floors that could easily have accommodated another family. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.

This condo has everything that you could possibly want and the location was great!! We all had a great time with plenty of room for our family of six!! George was kind and helpful and so easy to work with!

We are located central Seven Mile beach across the road from the Luxurious Beachcomber condos and next to The Strand shopping Center and a 3 min walk to the Ritz Carlton. There is Free covered Parking at Park Place but you actually don't need a car unless you want to tour the whole Island. The buses (nice minivans) run regularly up and down SMB, and stop right by Park Place. it is very safe in Cayman (guns are against the law) and Park Place is very secure with fob access only. The condo is extremely quiet and faces north so stays quite cool too. We have comfortable Furnishings and a Flat screen TV in the Living room and master Bedroom. The condo is very well equipped from Sugar spices in the Kitchen to beach chairs and Jigsaw puzzles. If you arrive on Sunday, I would be happy to collect a few groceries for you if you want. We know you will enjoy staying at #7 and look forward to having you!
