The cabin was just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was very clean! Hot tub was clean and very relaxing! It was also close to all the attractions that we were visiting.
Cabin was great plenty to do inside. Bed was super comfortable. Nice that it was so close to everything but yet you feel far away. Another perk for being pet friendly it was nice to be able to take our dogs out the back gate to go potty.Would definitely stay here again!
We loved staying here! The cabin was beautiful and in a great area close to all the good spots in Sevierville and not too far from the outlets. The beds were extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!!!

Disliked: Cleanliness
The cabin needs a serious deep cleaning. All of the fans have about an inch of dirt on them with cobwebs. The furniture on the front and back porches was really dirty. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival and the rug in the upstairs bathroom was nasty. I don't even think they washed the quilt on the upstairs bedroom before we arrived because I could smell a man's cologne. Overall, not impressed especially since we owned a cabin in that community for 10 years and expected more. We always had our cabin deep cleaned at least 3 times a year.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Cabin was great! Very good location! Everything we needed and very clean! However, the only issue we had was communication with the host, delayed our check-in upon arrival.
Great Location, easy check in process, good value. A little older and well used property. Cleanliness of the cabin is our only complaint. Items were left under downstairs bed. Upstairs bed sheets had not been cleaned or changed. Hairs and stains were found all over them. We had to wash them ourselves after arriving. Deep cleaning had not been done in a while, evident in dirty toilets, and caked on dust on many surfaces and fans. Nothing horrible, but disappointing for sure. Would not be interested in staying at this location again.
