Stay in the heart of it all! Our family-owned condo offers a great location and easy access to all the fun activities in the area.

Relax in the comfortable king bed while the kids or guests take advantage of the privacy in the small bunk room! Equipped with reading lights and usb chargers, you'll never sleep better than in the 'bunker'. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room that has blackout curtains for additional sleeping space.

Nestled on the Fraser River, walking distance to the resort, restaurants, and trails. Or save your legs and grab the bus/shuttle directly across the street to the resort or to town. The Fraser River bike trail is a block away and a gorgeous path through the wilderness to get to town.

It was obvious to see that a lot of thought was put into the home to make guests feel comfortable. Every detail seemed intentional, and it truly made the space feel welcoming and enjoyable. We had a great experience and would gladly return.

Danny was very informative and provided friendly communication. We loved this condo stay and it was very convenient to the ski slopes. Grand kids were in another unit in the same building so they slept over for a few nights. We skied four full days with more time on the slopes. Loved the restaurant right next door. We will definitely stay again!

Danny's condo is exactly as he describes. Comfortable and cozy but certainly not small. It comes well equipped with everything you need to stay for 3 nights like we did or a couple of weeks.The beds were comfortable and the pullout couch with the extra cushion sufficed as well. The walk to the resort gondola is maybe 10 minutes in boots on a snow covered road. The short cut back at the end of the day is even quicker. If you prefer to ride the shuttle, the stop is directly out of the parking lot (in front of the A-Frame Grill). It runs frequently but less so towards the end of the day. We didn't make it to the A-Frame Grill during our visit but it's on our list for our next stay.Overall, check-in is simple, the location next to the Fraser river is perfect, the accommodations were great, and Danny is a fantastic, communicative host. We absolutely would and most likely will stay again.

Perfect location to the mountain. Across from shuttle stop or a very easy walk to the resort. Condo was very clean and organized. Spacious and perfect for a group of friends or family. Great communication with owner. Hot tub and sauna in the building.

This is our family's condo and we enjoy skiing, hiking, and biking just a short distance (but a world away) from our home on the Front Range.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location since it is walking/biking distance to the Winter Park base area! (There is also a great shuttle that runs frequently.)

What makes this property unique

We have a bunk bed room! It is the perfect small space for kids (or kids at heart) with it's own lights, charger ports, and fan.
