Amazing 15 nights in March

The condo was exactly as listed! Location was ideal for morning walks on Kam 1 and Kam 2. Close to several restaurants and shops. Nance was easy to contact and very accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful relaxation!

Extremely well appointed condo with great communication with the owner and property manager. Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all cooking necessities and more and the rooftop patio/ bbq with the views are simply stunning. Condo lanai has a perfect vista for sunsets and turtle watching. Simply a perfect spot. Overall, fantastic and would highly recommend.

Royal Mauian

The Royal Mauian is by far one of the best locations to enjoy your time on Maui, we have stayed here countless times, this time we were able to enjoy 608 for the first time. The location of this unit is direct ocean front~you can watch the turtles from your lanai. The unit is very well appointed, clean and comfortably. Thank you for allowing us to share your slice of paradise~we would love to come back! Aloha!

Wonderful time during the wildfire disaster.

The location is superb. Convenient to restaurants and shops across the street. Our view looked out to the west resulting sunset pictures every night. The beach (Kamaole Beach I) is a short walk out the back door of the building. This unit looks onto the beach and onto the primary snorkeling area. The building is well maintained and clean. Being on the top floor we had no issue with noise. Golf and the mega resorts are minutes away and we enjoyed the convenience of Wailea. The disaster from the wild fires did not impact Kihei or Wailea. Or for that matter Paia and Kahului, etc. etc. We had an amazing meal at Mama’s Fish House. The restaurants, shops, golf courses, everything continued as if nothing had happened. During this anniversary trip, we visited the big island of Hawaii for a week and Kauai for a week and spent two weeks in Kihei on Maui at this property. Despite the tragedy in Lahaina (which happened three days after our arrival) we had a wonderful time on Maui. The owner of this property and the manager were available and helpful. The convenience is better than 5 stars. You can have a luxury meal on the ocean or walk to pick up sushi and a pizza and eat on the lanai with a cocktail during sunset. My wife and I enjoyed our four mile walk every morning and the entire walk was along side the ocean. Great time and we hope to return.

Perfect Kihei Condo

This is our second time staying in this unit. It is well equipped, comfortable, and very nice. It has A/C which we didn't need. We enjoyed watching whales, turtles, and incredible sunsets from the lanai. The pool was fantastic, the lawn area is a great place to sit and relax, and the rooftop grill area is a great place to fix a meal and socialize with other guests. Nance is great to work with while on the island as well.

Room 608

The condo is great. The room etc and the location of building very nice. Best place in kihei. We stay in this building at least 1-2 times a year. Unfortunately the property manager is not easy to communicate with. She called and texted numerous times to make sure the unit was being kept clean. One day she called and left message saying they would be entering unit to do maintenance thruout day. We didn’t want somebody coming and going while we were not there, and as we had paid for this unit these days have always had managers do maintenance when condo empty. many voice and text messages about keeping condo clean. Which of course we did. requested we clean the bed sheets and fold and remake bed and do towels . All these things which are not in contract…. it felt very intrusive. As we have been coming to islands the last 23 years over 40 plus times and alway respect the rentals we use… we found This manager hard to deal with and over bearing. Very unfortunate bc condo was quite good for what we thought it would be (accommodation wise!)

Great View

We chose this condo mainly because of the view. My sister and brother in law were also getting a condo in Maui at the same time and due to mix up they ended up just a little further down the road at Sugar Beach. We arrived on Friday during the Labor Day Weekend. Office was closed so there was a sign on door to fill out paperwork and that we wouldn’t get a parking hang tag until Tuesday since the office was going to be closed. Where my sister and brother in law were - they office was open during the entire weekend! Someone was there to let them know where good restaurants were, etc. Yes, the view is excellent if that is what you want. It is located close to a lot of great restaurants such as Coconuts (we at there 3-4 times) as well as food trucks - one which has the best shaved ice I have had on any of the Islands. We had a hard time keeping the condo cool. There is a timer on the main unit that is only good for 6 hours I believe. This would shut down during the night and the little air conditioner in the bedroom just didn’t feel cool. They do provide beach towels and snorkeling equipment that we did not use. Condo is clean. We are both over 60 and just couldn’t get comfortable in the bed or the furniture. No recliners except on lanai. No place to store anything in the bathroom or hooks to hand anything in bathroom if you wanted to hand a swimsuit to dry. But if you want the view and don’t plan on spending a lot of time in a condo this is probably the place for you. It is clean and a place to sleep.

Perfect view and location

Condo is comfortable and functional. The star of the show is the balcony and view. Situated right on the edge of the ocean with fantastic sunset views, easy access to Kamaloe Beach and a beautiful grassy lawn. The pool area is ok. The rooftop area is very nice for grilling or just enjoying the view. Easy walking distance to some of our favorite Kihei restaurants and stores. Overall it’s a great value given the location and views.

Paradise Penthouse

Property was just as described-no surprises, except that the pictures don’t do the views justice! Location is extremely convenient and beach views are amazing! All amenities made our stay even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our 25th anniversary trip! Mahalo Dirk and Nance!
