Champlain Bungalow is located at the heart of Mallets Bay with a private sandy beach. There is also a 200 dock for guests to enjoy. There are 3 suites have complete kitchens, one bedroom w/ king size beds. Breath taking views of Lake Champlain and the famous Green Mts. Lake shore is walking distance to Bay side park with lots of family activities to do. Nothing like it on all of Lake Champlain:)

Solar Eclipse Getaway

This is a beautiful location in a lakeview bungalow that is definitely well maintained. All amenities that a hotel would have (shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels, bedding, etc...) were provided. Wish we could have stayed longer! Owners were wonderful and responded quickly to our needs.

Perfect Vermont Getaway

The Vermont City Marathon brought my husband and me to the Burlington area, and we could not have landed a better spot to enjoy the weekend. This property was perfect — comfortable, clean, million dollar views, and an easy drive into downtown Burlington for a few dinners and the race. I also loved having access to kayaks and SUP boards — both were such a treat after running 26.2 miles! We also made the skip over to Winooski for a great lunch spot. Altogether, this property really is the best of everything, and Neil and Deb were super to communicate with. We definitely hope to return!

Awesome stay!

I had high hopes for this place as my husband and I rarely get away without the kiddos and it exceeded expectations. Property was beautiful and well kept. Loved looking out at the water from both inside and outside. Utilized the kayaks, grill, sand beach/ fire pit and loved it all. Loved that we were able to take our dog as well. We actually ended up going out and exploring the towns and areas away from property less than we expected & instead grabbing some craft beers & spending more time relaxing on the beautiful property. That being said was always super easy and cheap to grab an Uber and a short ride to downtown Burlington etc if we did want it I get out and didn’t want to drive. Met the hosts as well and can tell they really care about the property and were very kind.

A perfect place for our perfect getaway!

From the moment we stepped onto the property, i knew that we were going to have a peaceful stay in Vermont. My husband and I haven't been to Vermont in the summer in some time, and I was hoping to find a place that was on the Lake, but near burlington. This was the perfect location. it's right on the bay and about 15 mins from Burlington (Church Street). The house was clean and bright, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen was just the right size and clean. The bathroom was AWESOME! it had a huge soaking tub and I gigantic shower, complete with multiple shower heads. it was such a relaxing experience to take a shower after a day of hiking and then soak in the tub, then somehow, drag yourself to bed and quickly fall asleep on the comfortable and welcoming king size bed. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and had a few items we just plain forgot (olive oil and salt!) Dogs were allowed and my chocolate lab had fun playing in the water and sunbathing on the nicely manicured lawn. We had a lovely time sitting and gazing into the bay while enjoying a cold glass of white wine. My only regret was that I didn't book a longer trip. We cannot wait to return! Thanks so much for the memorable stay!

The view!

We enjoyed this property very much. It is modern and spotless with the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. A 15 minute drive to downtown Burlington and 10 minutes to Winooski, however you may not want to ever leave with that great view and the beach access. Kayaks, rowboats, or paddle boards are there for you as is a full size grill. The owners are responsive and very nice people who seem genuinely interested in you enjoying the property. We will be back!

Prefect lakefront getaway

From the accommodations to the hosts this property was perfect for our family and dogs. The views from both inside and outside were a great thing to wake up to daily. Space had all we needed to enjoy our stay on mallets bay. Property is very well maintained and we enjoyed having fires on the beach. Lastly the owners were very responsive to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay
