This spacious Penthouse Condo provides breathtaking views from the wrap around oceanfront balcony. The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the huge balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Not only that but from the back balcony you will enjoy watching the sunset over the Laguna Madre (bay). The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This condo is an end Penthouse unit providing you with more privacy, windows and balcony space for enjoying the incredible oceanfront views! The condo has been completely renovated in 2013 with all the modern touches. The great room provides plenty of seating with two sofas and 2 large side chairs. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the large screen TV with Cable and HBO. There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite countertops, you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 6 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are three bedrooms and three baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom with granite countertops and large shower. The King size bed features a brand new Memory Foam mattress. One guest bedroom has two Queen beds. The other guest bedroom features two Full size beds. You should have plenty of sleeping space for your family. Both guest bedrooms have direct access to a full size bathroom with showers. All bedrooms come with LCD TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! Comfortable furniture. Loved the open layout and corner windows. Really let you feel like you were at the beach!! Roku devices appreciated. Super close to the beach! Made for easy trips back up to condo for restroom breaks, grabbing lunch or a fresh beverage! Onsite mgmt very nice and helpful

We had 6 staying in this newly renovated condo. Clean, very well maintained and lots of space for everyone. Will definitely book again. Management on site was great when we had some minor issues. The were there to fix it the same day. Great property and fabulous condo!

High Quality Condo at the Beach

Loved this charming beach condo with fantastic views, updated decore, and nice amenities. You have really everything you need at this condo to enjoy your beach vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfotable with a temperpedic bed in master. This is a real plus! The view is so fantastic you feel like you are floating in the water. Close to really everything and the beach is easily accessed. You can rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach at the condo complex. The pool and hot tub are a little small and the building is more dated some others on the island but the management company is very attentive to any issues. I highly recommend staying at thos condo.

Girls Trip

One look inside the door we were smiling from ear to ear! This condo is exactly what the pictures show on the listing. But, the view from the balcony can only be seen to appreciate. Absolutely gorgeous pristine beach, the pool is just as nice. We had a small issue with the door lock, in which I had to call for help after hours, but it was taken care of promptly. An on-site office is another plus. The unit is large and has great living room furniture. All in all, our group of 4 adults, was comfortable, the kitchen has everything to cook with, if necessary. I would not hesitate returning to this little piece of paradise.

Simply Devine Vacation !!!

We had an all-girls reunion. This is the PERFECT place for such. The resort is completely locked in AND has security detail on site. The management was extremely gracious. The condo unit itself was GORGEOUS. It was surprising that it had everything, and then some, included i.e. extra towels, extra sheets, fully stocked kitchen, ... Only comment: I think it is odd that one roll of paper towels is not included. You would think one would offset that with the cleanliness it would maintain....especially when the cleaning fee was paid. Will definitely rent this unit again and again.

Condo right on the Beach

This condo was just right for our family beach trip. We had 6 adults and two teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. When we were searching properties, we were attracted by the large living room area and the balcony - spots where everyone would be able to gather. Plus you can’t beat the view. Soila was thorough in her communication, providing detailed explanations for check-in.

Fantastic ocean view

It was very easy from start to finish. We loved being able to look at the ocean from all places except 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was huge and everyone had a great time!

Pros: Large unit 3 full bathrooms Large balcony with good view Beachfront Stay was quiet Not really con's just suggestions to make it better: External property maintenance such as gates being repaired, pool cleaned and updated Some basic kitchen items like a cookie sheet werent in the kitchen Minimal consumables provided- It wouldnt hurt anyone to provide a roll of paper towels

Penthouse

The view is as good as any anywhere I have stayed on the ocean. The Gulf winds were strong but inside you could not hear the wind at all. Elevator is fast and was practically always available within a few seconds. I had private parking as did all the guests so we never had to worry because are spaces were available and all of are close in on the front of the condo tower. Gated access was easy to use and the office is right there at the main entrance. for questions. There were a few steps to make up the the elevator level, but there were plenty of luggage concierge carriages to go round for all guests. I found that the rear lawn was a great place to grill up a feast of the redfish we caught with a guide service we found on the island. They had gas grills and charcoal so take your pick. When we came in off the beach we had showers at both entrances that made an easy clean off and no waiting. So nice to have the pool at our leisure to enjoy. Lots of lighting around the property so when we came in late and stayed around the pool all could see and enjoy the areas. Our secure door lock on the penthouse worked and all the guests could use it which made it so nice to know all our stuff was safe and secure. Well thought out on all the entries and exits for the property. There is nothing like having direct beach access. I will never be even a street off the beach again. Worth every penny I paid to be on beach front view and access. So easy and effortless to get the beach head. The condo was exactly like it showed it was in the pictures described most accurately. My only complaint if you can call it that was the penthouse patio furniture was wet from the rains that had come through. Even that dried out quickly and we used it the next day. The master suite had a spectacular view with balcony for that morning coffee for two. Oh, and the shower pressure was excellent as well the hvac's blew cold and could bring the condo temp down in a minute or two if the doors were opened to the patios .for a prolonged period. All in all a great place to spend some time beach combing and eating great food up down the island.
