Location, Location, Location! This home is in the Heart of the Florida Keys. Just a short ride to Key West or to Key Largo, right in the middle of it all! Swim with dolphins, manatees and turtles. Excellent fishing and breath- taking sunsets!
Beach front property with spectacluar views that are hard to come by. This unit is an end unit on the top floor, so you don't have anyone above you.
The condo is beautiful and is steps from the ocean! Enjoyed drinking my morning coffee off the balcony with an incredible view of the ocean! The location is great and easy to get around to the local restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. Also a great area to explore nearby scenic attractions!

This was my first experience vacationing in the Keys and it will not be my last! I had a wonderful time in Marathon and the surrounding area. Lots of places to see, explore and enjoy. The condo was in the perfect location to enjoy the ocean views, the beach, and the attractions near by. I spent time at the beach right outside the condo which was very peaceful and convenient, as well as Sombrero Beach (a 10 min. drive). The condo is also close to a great grocery store, Publix, a Walgreens, gas stations, ice cream, restaurants and local attractions. I drove to the 7 Mile Bridge to run and walk, which was a beautiful place to exercise. I saw many fish and a string ray the day I was there! The condo itself is a bright, open, cheery place with lots of room and comfortable sleeping and living accommodations. I loved the master bedroom with the large window and the sound of the waves at night.The kitchen was roomy with a large, welcoming dining area and counter area. It was also very convenient to have Wi-Fi access in the condo for laptops and phones. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo, the location, and the FL Keys as an incredible vacation experience! I look forward to returning!
We just returned from a wonderfully relaxing stay in this condo! From the moment we walked in the door we felt like we were on an oceanside vacation. This condo has a bright and airy feel yet very cozy. The view from this 4th floor corner unit was beautiful. If we weren't out on the beach or at the pool we were on the porch of this condo enjoying the uninteruppted, panoramic view of the ocean along with the fishing activities of the local osprey and pelicans. We even had a manatee sighting! It was where we had our morning coffee, breakfast, and spent our late afternoon "downtime" before heading out for a sunset dinner somewhere. While spending time onsite we found the folks staying in other units to be very friendly.
The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and there is plenty of storage space available in both bedrooms for all of your "stuff". I love being able to unpack everything and really feel at home and this place definitely allows that. We prepared about half of our meals in and found the kitchen to be extremely well equipped with anything one could possibly need for cooking or serving. There is an extra large refrigerator so no problem with storing a week's worth of food.
We like a nice balance of activity and beach/pool time so this is a perfect location for that. There is plenty to see and do within a 5 to 20 minute drive. We rented kayaks for the week from Key Kayaks. They deliver and pick up so no hassles. There is lots to explore by kayak from this complex. There are mangroves and a state park beach in one direction and in the other canals active with fishing boats, sail boats and yachts coming and going. We had the thrill of seeing dolphins on one of our treks.
We highly recommend a tour of the turtle hospital and a walk on the old Seven mile bridge.
Both of those as well as a great many waterfront restaurants are within a five to 15 minute drive. Just to name a few, there's Burdines and Key Fisheries for lunch and for dinner, Island Grill, Sunset Grill, Castaways, and Lazy Days South for a little more special night.
This condo was a great value. It offererd a wonderful vacation feel, comfort and convenience, everything a person could want for a Florida beach vacation.
This is one of the few beach front properties in the area. This is a quiet location perfect for families, snow birds, honeymooners, and those who just want to unwind.
