First, we would like to thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay but glad Jake was able to offer solutions. Thank you for your review and comments, we will certainly address your concerns and follow up with the property managers, unfortunately we do not manage the complex itself, and anything that happens outside the property is out of our control and for this time we weren't aware, however we do apologize for this inconvenience and apologize that this was not brought to our attention. Regarding the check in/out process, like most companies we offer a late check out and if you need to be out by 10am you can always drop the keys off on your way out of town in no way do we make that mandatory. Which most guests are fine with and also ask us for that approval as well. Feel free to open up that communication on any of your next visits we are happy to be flexible.
