Centrally located near the meadow in Old Mammoth this condo is walking distance to restaurants, shops, golf, walking trails, riding trails, is 1/4 mile from Mammoth Creek, Sierra Mammoth Ranch, Snowcreek golf course and Mammoth Creek Park. The shuttle for the ski lifts, into town and other attractions is located 200 yards from the complex.

This property has been completely renovated and upgraded to provide our guests with the best possible experience and a feeling of being at home. The kitchen is fully stocked, the luxurious bedding and linens are brand new and the decor is modern and inviting.The new bathroom has been fully remodeled with a double marble vanity with a separate entrance to the slate stone shower and new porcelain tub. The property was expanded to provide a convenient indoor mud area for ease of changing out of snow boots and winter gear.

Loved everything about this little gem, which worked perfectly for our family of four. Mirt was a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely be back! Great location, close walk to The Stove and shops, as well as a Shuttle Stop to the Village.

We do not offer refunds on cancellations due to weather, road closures, snow storms, fire, rain, or any other impediments that may prohibit our guests from travel to and from Mammoth Lakes. We cannot guarantee access to activities in the Sierras that may be unavailable due to closures caused by nature or otherwise.

Property Damage Protection: required
We require the Property Damage Protection of $59 be purchased.

After booking the unit we will request a photo ID be provided of the person the property is booked under along with a signed copy of our rental agreement. The copy of the photo ID will be deleted/shredded at the end of the visitors stay.

We request that you send us a note with basic info about yourself, the number of people in your party and the reason for your stay when requesting to book.This is just so we know who is staying in our home and so we can better accommodate your needs.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
