Host was very responsive to our need for a heating source as we assumed the mini split unit in the bedroom also supplied heat. It was just A/C. They supplied a portable unit and we were able to regulate the temperature. We stayed during one of the areas rare cold fronts. The apartment is small and compact but has most everything you will need to sleep comfortably. It is a queen bed, so will not accommodate larger persons if there are 2. The bathroom is well done, but a bit on the small size. Only good for one person at a time. The pricing is perfect for the accomodation. We needed it to sleep, shower and wash clothes only so we did not utilize the kitchen area at all. Overall it was a great bargain in a nice area of Brandon. We would stay again if needed.
