Nice condo with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It does have a balcony where you can sit down and enjoy Hawaiian breeze, also enjoy nice city view! This unit sits right in the beginning of Waikiki, close to the beach, a very short walk to the famous Ala Moana shopping mall. Save money by cooking at home. This unit comes with full and fully equipped kitchen! New floors and new cabinets in the kitchen! This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests! Perfect for families with kids and few friends to spend vacation in Waikiki!

The place looks like no manager/owner has done a walkthrough in forever. It screams of neglect and with not too much money you could make it so much better. The bathroom mat need to be replaced, the dish dryer is rusty (!), the kitchen rug is torn and dirty, bulbs in the ceiling are mostly burnt, vinyl floor in the master bedroom is coming apart, the springs of all the mattresses in all the rooms are ruined. and the door lock doesn't work properly. Other than that a water kettle to boil water could have been a nice addition. We liked the balcony but that's pretty much it :)

The location was great for shopping and food. The room was easy to get to being on the third floor. We are used to city noise, so being on a low floor didn't bother us. Our only issues were the drop tile ceiling in the bathroom could be cleaner and the A/C above the tiles was very loud and shaky. I had to lift a tile and wedge the shaking piece of the compressor in place in order not go crazy while inside. Note for the next guest: The WIFI name and password is listed on the router, it is not what is written on the welcome sheet.Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Oahu, but something to dampen the A/C compressor shaking and noise would go a long way.

Perfect situation

Basic property but had everything that we needed. This property was great for us location wise. Easy walk to the main area of Waikiki. Yes it was a bit noisy especially if you don't live in a city/town but nothing that we didn't get used to in the 8 nights we were there.
