We are located immediately adjacent to Hideaway & Confluence Parks - the location of the FREE sledding hill (& warming fires) in the winter and an amazing playground, including a climbing wall and skate park in the summer. The iconic Winter Park Music Festivals are held just across the street from our end unit!
This luxury townhome in the Sawmill Station development, located about 1.5 hours from the heart of downtown Denver is so well maintained that you would think it was brand new. The map below shows that the townhome is excellently located in downtown Winter Park, Colorado, only 1 block from restaurants & shopping. It is an end unit with plenty of light located immediately adjacent to Hideaway & Confluence Parks, Vasquez Creek and the Fraser River hiking and biking trail. Just steps away is also great sledding, snowshoeing and cross country skiing in Arapahoe National Forest.
This is the perfect mountain getaway! Winter Park is located at an elevation of 9,200 feet (2,804 meters) above sea level in the Fraser River Valley and is the gateway to Grand County, Colorado (including Rocky Mountain National Park). The Intrawest Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are just a five minute shuttle bus ride away! (The resorts average nearly 350 inches (889 cm) of snow a year ... one of the snowiest locations in Colorado!). There is so much to do in the summer, including golfing, fly fishing, hiking, biking, skate boarding, rafting, horseback riding, while also enjoying the numerous music festivals. The townhome is a cozy, peaceful place to relax and enjoy this summer and winter haven. You are surrounded by national forests, and there are activities for everyone!
The FREE bus (The Lift) to the Winter Park & Mary Jane Ski Resorts stops right outside our front door! You can ski all day, take the bus 'home' to our beautiful townhome, walk to one of the many fine restaurants in downtown Winter Park for a great meal, and them cap off the evening by relaxing in your private Jacuzzi hot tub!
It is a smoke free, pet free townhome. It is cleaned with environmentally friendly, non-toxic, green cleaning products throughout that are completely safe for you, your children, and your friends. It is also equipped with a 42' high definition LED TV with internet access. In addition, there is free wireless internet service!
Please note that:
1. As this is a 3 story townhome, it is not ADA compliant.
2. No firearms are allowed.
3. All minors MUST be accompanied by a supervising adult when using the hot tub.

The property is Managed by Rae Ann and Rich Dougherty. We are longtime Colorardo residents. The reason we live in Colorado is the natural beauty this state has been blessed with, as well as the marvelous weather. This is the only vacation property we manage. We love spending time in the mountains and we really enjoy helping others share in this opportunity.

Winter Park gets LOTS OF SNOW! On average, the Winter Park ski resort gets more snow than any other ski resort in Colorado except for Wolf Creek. Also, we wanted to manage a place where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery that Colorado has been blessed with! NOTE: SPECIAL for the 2016-2017 SKI SEASON is a PRIVATE only-for-Sawmill-Station once-a-day shuttle service directly from/to our townhome community to ease your travels to/from the Winter Park Ski Resort.

Great stay - very pleased we booked it
The property was very clean and well looked after. It had all the facilties that you would expect - plus many more! The owners were extremely helpful. Also very well located in Winter Park for restaurants, bars and shops.
Blissful Location With Everything You Need
This is my second time to use this townhome to visit Winter Park. As always, the location was amazing. The home has three stories that held our group of 7 without us feeling like we were packed in. It comes with a hot tub which drew us to this townhome. It was clean and well maintained. The owner provided us with things that we could do in the area and answered all my emails promptly. I have told my friends about this place and they plan on checking it out. I highly recommend this place as it is worth every penny and more.
Lovely, convenient condo
We had four adults and two teenagers in our party, and the condo was perfect for us. The different levels allowed for kids to be in one area and adults elsewhere, but the kitchen/dining/living room was large enough to accommodate all of us when we wanted to be together. The property is impeccably clean and well maintained, and the location is terrific for both town and mountain access. We loved it.
An end unit located a few steps from the bus line to the ski resort made for a convenient and worry free stay. The condo was cozy and allowed family time together yet offered enough space to escape for privacy. A variety of restaurants and shops were within walking distance or a short drive. Great family ski trip!
This property is in a great location, close to stores, ski shops, dining, a sledding park and the lift. We did not have a car and we went everywhere in the free bus: Frasier tubing hill, the Winter Park Resort, Safeway, and just about everywhere we needed to be. The house is awesome, nicely decorated and had everything we needed, it was nice and warm with a really awesome fireplace that you can turn on with a switch. Enough beds for all 8 of us. Very nice kitchen and grill outside. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't get to use the hot tub because we didn't have bathing suits (or time, for that matter). Bummer! But we want to go back in the summer!

If you must cancel later, it is refundable when it is rebooked, minus a $50 handling fee. Because so many of our renters have allergies, we have a strict no pet and no smoking policy
