We are located immediately adjacent to Hideaway & Confluence Parks - the location of the FREE sledding hill (& warming fires) in the winter and an amazing playground, including a climbing wall and skate park in the summer. The iconic Winter Park Music Festivals are held just across the street from our end unit!

This luxury townhome in the Sawmill Station development, located about 1.5 hours from the heart of downtown Denver is so well maintained that you would think it was brand new. The map below shows that the townhome is excellently located in downtown Winter Park, Colorado, only 1 block from restaurants & shopping. It is an end unit with plenty of light located immediately adjacent to Hideaway & Confluence Parks, Vasquez Creek and the Fraser River hiking and biking trail. Just steps away is also great sledding, snowshoeing and cross country skiing in Arapahoe National Forest.

This is the perfect mountain getaway! Winter Park is located at an elevation of 9,200 feet (2,804 meters) above sea level in the Fraser River Valley and is the gateway to Grand County, Colorado (including Rocky Mountain National Park). The Intrawest Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are just a five minute shuttle bus ride away! (The resorts average nearly 350 inches (889 cm) of snow a year ... one of the snowiest locations in Colorado!). There is so much to do in the summer, including golfing, fly fishing, hiking, biking, skate boarding, rafting, horseback riding, while also enjoying the numerous music festivals. The townhome is a cozy, peaceful place to relax and enjoy this summer and winter haven. You are surrounded by national forests, and there are activities for everyone!

The FREE bus to the Winter Park & Mary Jane Ski Resorts stops within a short walking distance from the townhome. Even better and SPECIAL for the 2016-2017 SKI SEASON is a PRIVATE only-for-Sawmill-Station once-a-day shuttle service directly from/to our townhome community to ease your travels to/from the Winter Park Ski Resort. You can ski all day, take the bus 'home' to our beautiful townhome, walk to one of the many fine restaurants in downtown Winter Park for a great meal, and them cap off the evening by relaxing in your private Jacuzzi hot tub!

It is a smoke free, pet free townhome. It is cleaned with environmentally friendly, non-toxic, green cleaning products throughout that are completely safe for you, your children, and your friends. It is also equipped with a 42' high definition LED TV with internet access. In addition, there is free wireless internet service!

The property is Managed by Rae Ann and Rich Dougherty. We are longtime Colorardo residents. The reason we live in Colorado is the natural beauty this state has been blessed with, as well as the marvelous weather. This is the only vacation property we manage. We love spending time in the mountains and we really enjoy helping others share in this opportunity.

An Amazing Place To Stay

We have a blast every year during the winter park jazz festival in July. We love staying at this beautiful townhome. The best home away from home. This place has everything you and your family will need to enjoy your stay. Everything about this place is great. The owners are the best ever. They treat you like a part of their family. I will always rent this place every time we visit the jazz festival. It's a must!!!# love this townhome#owners are the best# great location# a must rent townhome

Love This Place!

We love, love, love this place! We had an absolutely fabulous weekend here in Winter Park. This townhome was great for us and we loved how close we were to everything. We biked, played games, and enjoyed the private hot tub. We loved this beautiful condo and all of the cute decorations. We can't wait to come back for our next vacation! Thank You So Much!

Great family vacation in Winter Park!

We enjoyed ourselves and the homeowners did a great job preparing the house and adding some nice touches during our stay. Great location that was not to far from the mountain but close to restaurants. Our kids really enjoyed the sledding hill right up the road from the house.

We want to thank for you sharing your home with us. From spices to slippers, you thought of everything! The location was perfect for us. Our children really enjoyed Hideaway Park. Thanks for all of the information. Your attention to details made our first visit to Winter Park just great! We'll return.

In the meantime I recommend this property to others. It will be hard to find as nice a property as this one for your Winter Park stay!

Pride in ownership - excellent condo with great location

We had a great time at the condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was clean, everything worked and gave us plenty of space to feel at home. The owner, Rae Ann, was very accommodating and easy to work with. Shortly before our arrival, Rae Ann found out that the Lift shuttle no longer picks up right outside of the condo. You now have to take a short walk to the corner of main street & Rendezvous Way which really isn't that bad. When we arrived and much to our surprise, she left us money on the counter to pay for our parking if we decided to drive our rental car to the resort for skiing. She didn't have to do this but we were very appreciative of the gesture. I can't say enough good things about the private hot tub. We used it every night after a long day of skiing. All in all, this trip exceeded our expectations and the condo had a lot of do with it. We'll definitely be back again!

Beautiful condo, great location

Our first time to Winter Park, how lucky we were to hook up with this particular Condo. The location for the complex is right next to the sledding hill and an outdoor amphitheater they have almost completed. Very close to the main drag through town. Easy walk.

We loved the condo. It's beautiful and so fully stocked with everything you could need while staying a week or several months. Since we had snow the first two days, it was really nice to have a garage we could just pull into. The hot tub was already warmed up and ready to go. Just had to scrape off about 18 inches of snow off the cover and jump in.

The location of this condo is right on the end so the view of the trees laden with snow right out your window is very nice. Much nicer than the view our traveling companions had at their condo in the interior of the complex.

I would definitely request this one again when traveling to WP.
