After a dip in the pool, sizzle dinner over the outdoor grill before sharing meals around the poolside dining table.

This stylish, open-concept home impresses with sparkling granite countertops, dark laminate floors, and contemporary furnishings that let you relax in comfort after a fun-filled day of sightseeing.

The location is a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. Beaches (by bike) guests report takes about 15 minutes.

Other things to note:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet*


Parking: Two garage parking spaces are provided along with driveway space for two cars. No more than 3 vehicles at any given time allowed. Sidewalk cannot be blocked while parking in driveway. No commercial trucks allowed.
