Stay Wild | Private Smoky Mountain Retreat on 2.5 Wooded Acres

Stay Wild is a private mountain retreat designed for the way groups actually vacation together. Set on 2.5 wooded acres between Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley, you’ll enjoy mountain and forest views, frequent wildlife sightings, and the peaceful feeling of having your own place in the Smokies, while staying just 0.2 miles from WildSide Adventure Park and about 20 minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, couples’ getaway, milestone celebration, or trip with friends, Stay Wild comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with three king suites, a bunk room, two full kitchens, two living rooms, and two game rooms. Everyone can spend time together without ever feeling crowded.

The Stay Wild Experience

Start your morning with coffee on the wraparound deck as the mountains wake up around you. Spend the day exploring the Smokies, riding UTVs at WildSide, hiking national park trails, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the property. In the evening, gather around the fire pit, relax beneath the stars in the covered hot tub, challenge each other in the game rooms, or enjoy dinner together before settling in for the night.

We had a fantastic stay! Bryan's communication was excellent—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our visit. The house was spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. It’s also a perfect spot for families, with plenty of activities and attractions for all ages nearby. We’d definitely stay here again!

The cabin is exactly as pictured. It was a great fit for my family, with plenty of space to spread out. We especially enjoyed all the games! Good proximity and an easy commute to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and the two kitchens are very well equipped for cooking and eating in. We would definitely rent this cabin again on a future trip!

Our family spent a week at this beautiful property. It's an ideal layout for a big family gathering. Loved having two kitchens! The decks are nice too. Our family hung out on the second-floor deck quite a bit. We could just linger there and enjoy some peaceful conversations while looking at the beautiful surroundings and not have to worry about the dogs and our 11-month-old granddaughter disappearing :). The property was as advertised...beautiful, clean and spacious. Bryan, the owner, was friendly and his communication with us was great. We would definitely do this property again!

Kitchen had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool table and hot tub. We loved the large table and bar area for eating and playing games together. Lots of tvs! Kid would have loved to all be together in one bunk room but a pullout couch was available so it worked. The decks were great to sit on in the mornings and have your coffee and look at the beautiful views! Very convenient location only taking 10 min to get to all the things! Would definitely stay again bc it was clean. Water pressure wasn’t always the best but that’s to be expected with a mountain cabin.

As frequent travelers, we appreciate the little things that make a great stay: an easy check-in, a spotless cabin, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and responsive hosts. Those are the details we focus on so you can spend less time worrying and more time enjoying your vacation.

While you’ll have complete privacy during your stay, we’re always just a message away if you need recommendations, have questions, or need assistance. Our goal is simple: to make Stay Wild one of the highlights of your Smoky Mountain vacation.

When we set out to build Stay Wild, we weren’t looking for just another cabin location. We wanted a place that felt genuinely private without putting guests far from everything they came to experience.

This property gave us exactly that. Surrounded by 2.5 wooded acres with mountain and forest views, it offers the peace and quiet that’s becoming harder to find in the Smokies, while still being just 0.2 miles from WildSide Adventure Park and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

One of our favorite moments is sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sun disappear behind the mountains in the evening. No matter how many times we’re here, it never gets old, and we hope it becomes one of your favorite parts of Stay Wild too.

Many cabins can sleep 12. Few are designed for 12 to vacation comfortably. Three king suites with private ensuite bathrooms, two full kitchens, two living rooms, and two game rooms give everyone space to spread out while still coming together for meals, game nights, and time around the fire pit.

Beyond the cabin itself, Stay Wild offers the best of the Smokies without feeling like you’re in the middle of the crowds. Watch for wildlife from the wraparound decks, relax in the covered hot tub, or enjoy the peace and quiet of your own private mountain retreat.
