This two-story modern townhome is your ideal San Diego retreat, perfectly situated in the highly sought-after North Pacific Beach neighborhood. You'll be just four blocks from the ocean and a short walk from the area's best restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. The home's highlight is the rooftop deck, which offers the ultimate space for relaxation and entertainment. It features a hot tub, comfortable outdoor seating, a cafe table, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge.

I prefer to leave our guests alone but other am available 24/7 should you need anything.

This property has two sets of stairs; one leading to the second floor where all the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry are located and one leading to the private rooftop deck.

This spacious, two-story townhome is the perfect home base for your family's San Diego vacation. Located in the highly sought-after North Pacific Beach neighborhood, you'll be just a short, four-block walk to the beach. Leave the car behind and stroll to some of the area's best family-friendly restaurants and cafes.

Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, wine glasses, silverware, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster and more. We have everything you need to prepare meals or BBQ. We provide coffee (regular & decaf), teas, creamer and sugars.

The home offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. All three bedrooms are on the second floor:

The master bedroom has a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom features a queen bed.

The third bedroom has a full bed.
A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway to serve the two additional bedrooms.

The highlight of the home is the private rooftop deck, a fantastic spot for both kids and adults. Enjoy family movie nights on the outdoor flat-screen TV, grab a cold drink from the mini-fridge, and let the grown-ups unwind in the hot tub after a fun-filled day at the beach.


The living space is located on the first floor. The second floor has all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms along with the laundry. On the private roof top deck, you can enjoy the hottub, couch, bistro table & chairs, firepit and big screen TV and mini fridge

Ask about our Baby Gear Rental Fee $79, includes High chair, pack n' play (baby crib), sheets, blanket, toys, books and other items can be arranged for an additional fee. Just ask. We are happy to have that delivered, set up and ready for your stay.

Stays 31 days or longer are exempt from paying the transient occupancy tax.

Highly Recommend This Place!

We had an incredible stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place near the beach! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ocean, with easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Also, the private rooftop hot tub and fire pit were incredible and made the cool evenings especially enjoyable! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was quiet at night, yet close enough to everything to make getting around easy. The host was very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and ideally located beach stay, this place is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Perfect for family spring break

Surfing Sapphire was perfect for our family spring break with our 2 high schoolers. The place was clean, well equipped and well decorated. We cooked several meals, but also took advantage of having the Fishery, Fig Tree Cafe and Leilani's just a couple blocks away. We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels and bikes (and when we had issues with a couple of the bikes, Andrea brought over replacements the next day). It was a straight shot down the alley to Tourmaline Beach. The rooftop made for several great nights in the hot tub, as well as movie night around the firepit. The overall location was a perfect jumping off point for trips to La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and the Zoo. We highly recommend and hope to make it back.
